Excellent service with wonderfully crafted figures! If you can afford it I would highly recommend their items for your personal collection at home! The sales assistant Lucy was a wonderful help with my order and made sure to keep in contact throughout the entire process, making sure I knew when my order was ready and being a missive help with answering any questions I had. Would definitely recommenced!

I ordered a little ica plush and the level of communication and reassurance has been phenomenal. I preordered little ica a while back but then forgotten all about it until recently. Allen was able to guide me through the process and ensure that Little Ica arrived safely even despite my order being very old at that point. I really do appreciate the phenomenal level of service that I recieved and I will be ordering from them again when the time arrives.

I pre-ordered a figure from OrzGK and once it was ready to be delivered they sent me a few reminders and helped me price the delivery. It was very simple and easy and the figure came in great quality. The staff are communicative on WhatsApp for any questions which makes ordering easier. Lucy helped me with the shipping and was very helpful even with timezone differences.

This was my first time using OrzGK's services--and on a pre-order no less--but reviews spoke highly of this company so I took a chance. While it took a lot of patience and trust between the span of a year (which was to be expected), it was fully worth it! When it came time for shipments to begin moving, the process was explained simple enough, with Ella and Allen being extremely helpful when it came to making sure my order arrived safe and sound! It's a beautiful addition to my home and, overall, if I wanted to go insane with my money again, I'd definitely use OrzGK again :)

Honestly, even though I was first skeptical even with the many praises OrzGK gets. But after a couple of GK figures I would say they do an amazing job.

Their website is easy to use, has tons of good features and all around one of the better websites for searching GK figures.

Their packaging are done well. 3 out of 3 of my statues came in a great condition with no damage to be seen. They also have amazing customer support, with my support named Ella, that answers in a professional and quick manner.

I would recommend using their service even if they may be slightly pricier!

Allen answered all my questions and gave me up-to-date information to where my shipments would be at. Even when it was by boat Allen gave me a date estimate on when it would arrive to the US from overseas. Otherwise, Allen was super nice and made sure my package arrived safely with no damage, thank you:)

So far received two GK from OrzGK, both good and no any issue, the support agent Allen will answer your question, feel satisfy with the purchase, still got some GK preordered from Orzgk and waiting for release.

It's a legit company. I ordered a statue from them and my package arrived safely with no damages. It was a genuine statue and shipping cost was fair. I was assigned Lucy as my assistant who was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

No one bothered to help me until after I bought something though. I asked a question about the product I was interested in and got no response. I think the company needs to fix that. A lot of people have questions they want to ask before making such a huge financial commitment
