Received product fairly quickly, love the colour of the strap it’s a lovely mint green. The personal note and sweet in the package was a nice touch. Will definitely be ordering again as my partner is in need of a replacement strap for his watch, especially at these prices.

Great product, great price and great service. Why would you buy from Apple!?

Purchased from this online retailer following good reviews. Strap came, tried it round my wrist too big. I Requested a return immediately. Sent back and been told the strap is faulty and they won’t issue a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I’ve basically been accused of sending a faulty item back when the item could have actually been sent faulty! I had no reason to fault this item as I was in my returns policy rights, I hadn’t worn the item. So annoyed, extremely bad customer service, would NOT recommend. Im now left £33 out of pocket. BEWARE!
