My experience was great jumped on the website scrolled through the different types of iPhone 17 phone covers I was looking for a strong durable case as I work in construction it cops a beating found one that was waterproof dust proof and strong and value for money to place the order on the website was easy
And it was delivered in a few days
I have been using it for about 8 months it has held up I am due for a new one soon as the plastic screen it a little scratched from concrete on my fingers as I said it cops a beating
But my phone inside still looks brand new 👍👍

I bought my iPhone 14 a year ago. Brilliant. I then just recently bought an iPhone 11 for my partner. Brilliant. Highly recommend. I made a mistake though. I could’ve got a $40 discount if I had recommended him that’s okay that’s life

Oz Mobiles are amazing
I ordered and paid for a 16 Pro Max by mistake and Oz mobiles cancelled and refunded me the next day ,then I ordered the 16 Pro ( the phone I wanted in the first order) and it was all done very quickly and I received it within 2 days .

Ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max for my daughter — a significant purchase she'd saved for. What arrived was a completely different, smaller model.
There's no phone line or direct email to reach Oz Mobiles, only an automated chat popup with preset options, none of which covered "wrong item sent". We had to try several avenues just to get through to someone, and ended up returning the phone under their "faulty item" process, since there was no proper channel for a mistake that was clearly their fault.
Once returned, we had a lengthy delay and I had to push for answers to the whereabouts of the phone we actually ordered. We were told they had no stock of the model we had paid for, and were issued a store credit instead. We then had to push for a full refund and only got one after raising Fair Trading.
No clear return process for their own errors, no direct contact line, and no accountability until escalated. Would not recommend based on this experience.
Edit to Oz Mobiles comments re my review. This is such a typical tactic when someone has a negative experience.
I refute that the process was straightforward, and I asked multiple times to be given the email or details of someone in management to speak to, and these requests were ignored. It's an automated system with a different 'person' replying each time.
It was an expensive purchase and the issue of a credit (with full knowledge there was no iphone 16 pro max models available) felt like a ploy to have us purchase something through you, rather than clear accountability and follow up to ask how you could help us and what we wanted to do.
I have an absolute lack of trust in your process and feel your follow up comments here are to cover yourselves rather than just take full accountability.

Free & Easy Returns from Day One: In our very first reply to your inquiry, we provided clear, step-by-step return instructions along with a free express post return label to get the incorrect phone back to us as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
Instant Refund Upon Request: When we realised we couldn't replace the item due to a lack of stock, our system initially issued a store credit with extra bonus credit as an apology. However, the moment you reached out and asked for a full refund instead, we processed it immediately. You didn't need to escalate the situation to Fair Trading to get your money back - we were more than happy to return the funds directly to your account the second we knew that was your preference.
We are always looking for ways to improve, and we're currently working on making our communication channels more straightforward so errors like this can be flagged even faster. We're truly sorry we missed the mark on your experience, but we wish your daughter the best in finding her new phone.
