Clearly a new driver. Delivered on time and even called up front. First time a package from Paack was delivered at my home. To early to forget all the bad experiences from before but this was a nice surprise for this delivery

Completely negative experience.
I was home all day waiting for the package, and in the mid-afternoon I received a message saying I could pick it up at a collection point.
At no point did they come to my house to check if I was home or not, nor did they call me to ask if I authorized them to leave it at the collection point.
I'm also a delivery driver, and that's certainly not how we work.

Recommendation: Provide the delivery person's phone number to arrange a delivery time or to report any issues. Deliveries between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM are not ideal, as they prevent someone from making plans like shopping or other errands.
