I would like to give a special mention to the delivery driver


I would like to give a special mention to the delivery driver, who was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly polite, smiling, and patient when I took a few minutes to answer the door. He handled the package with great care and even wished me a nice day before leaving. His kindness and professionalism really made the delivery experience smooth and pleasant. I truly hope he gets recognized for his excellent service!

Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely terrible.
Firstly they lie that they’ve tried to deliver my parcel - completely false.
Then they don’t update the tracking information for 3 weeks.
I contact them multiple times and I’m told my package will be delivered in 24-48 hours maximum. Obviously 2 weeks have passed since that statement without nor any tracking information updated, nor my parcel.
I contact them again and I’m told they will “personally review my case” and send me an update email in 4-8 hours. 1 week has passed - no email.

A JOKE OF A COMPANY. Avoid.

Edit since Paack responded: I’d be very happy to share with you all of the correspondence claiming delivery and emails being sent to me personally within specific hours. I was also told yesterday again not to worry and be patient and they’ll personally review it. Same thing - zero comms and complete lies. Great reply but it doesn’t stand up to the real experience.

The package was placed in the elevator…

The package was placed in the elevator without any warning. The agent knocked and I opened the building front door using the intercom and waited for the agent to get upstairs and deliver the package. I realised that no one came upstairs to make the delivery, so I used intercom to check and no signal, so I decided to go out front to see if something was wrong and realised the elevator was on my floor with the package inside.
