Problems with the delivery and no way to talk with a person

With no explanation and several hours before the time limit for the delivery the day they had scheduled, I received and e-mail saying that, due a mistake (with no more explanations), it was imposible to male the delivery the day. Adding to that, there is no way to contact them, only a FAQs section and the order tracking service, but with no options.

The delivery was 4 days late

The delivery was 4 days late. Email links for information about changing the delivery did not work. While the option provided in the email for a pick-up destination was 18km away from my home.

Please ensure that the links in emails function.

On a positive note, when the delivery was finally made, the driver called to ask for help locating my house. Thank you!

I did not foind any chance to contact…

I did not foind any chance to contact anyone to give instructions to driver. Pack was delivered one day later than expected amd I was afraid because I had to leave home.
