Quality paint…
they were able to supply a paint we used 17 years ago and most importantly it was a perfect match. So their paints don’t fade and are available a long time.

The best paint ever.
Since I tried Paint and Paper Library paints in one of my room, I just do not wish to use any other brand. The decorators love the paint too due to its low VOC and due to owning an older home, I need to use the best of breathable paints.
PPL paint neutrals are beautiful, the finishes are beautiful and undertones are subtle and amazing
I strongly recommend this brand if you want to be respectful of the environment and of your health too.
I can honestly say I am addicted

I am an absolute convert! This paint is amazing.
I bought this paint after enquiring about the make of paint in a historic house I happened to stay in. It is a real game changer because it is so rich and creamy and the colours are so intense. I bought large tins because I have always needed large tins for the rooms in question but the paint is so rich, it covered in a one coat, with a bit of touching up here and there. I love the colours, I thought it might be ridiculously expensive but it is actually slightly less that F&B (and a better consistency).

I have spend so much money on cheaper paints - I wish I started with this from the get go. This paint is beautiful even after only one coat !

My only issue is the waste - time, lids, paint , packaging and postage. It would be far more environmentally friendly if we had the option of paper samples, as Crown paints have now perfected - they use actual paint, so are true to colour. However Paint & Paper Library , as always , provided an efficient service. Test pots were sent with a paintbrush too - a really helpful addition.

Packaging is very nice, colour palettes are beautiful, could do with more green options - but that is personal preference. Sample had a good coverage, well mixed, reasonable match to palette.

I ordered two sets of match pots to…
I ordered two sets of match pots to redo the guest bedroom, the first although looked good with the curtain material was a very different blue so sent for another two colours which are fabulous. My decorator did the work for me and the feature Spruce wall looks amazing and the paint gas covered previous damp patches and defects and looks wonderful
