Since I tried Paint and Paper Library paints in one of my room, I just do not wish to use any other brand. The decorators love the paint too due to its low VOC and due to owning an older home, I n... See more

I used architectural colours 20 years ago and wanted to refresh with same colours. I wasted several days ordering and reordering sample pots and couldn't get the colours right- I was completely stumped. I discussed with trade supplier. he couldn't account for it either. I spent a fortune on samples.I eventually worked out the problem- but was not helped by the 'helpline' at Little Green. When LG bought this brand, they reformulated the shades going from 4 colours to 5 in the spectrum. This is not explained on the website or by the person on the phone. I am very disappointed with this. The architectural colour scheme that others have now copied was a unique thing for this brand. So Clay 2 is no longer Clay 2 but something else- not sure what- the company were not able to say whether they had simply added a shade but I think not based on my experience. So beware if trying to reproduce a colour scheme. Paint was fine to use. I have not been able to achieve the same colour scheme as before sadly- a lesser result.

I had never heard of P&PL before visiting Brewers Decorating Centre and I'm so glad I discovered them. Their paints have to be THE best I have ever used. 1 coat is all it ever takes, the colours are just beautiful and quality if second to none. Will be recommending their paint to all of my clients

We’ve used Paint & Paper Library paint before and once again this paint didn’t disappoint. Went on so smoothly and covered well in two coats, so happy with colour and quality.

I ordered samples of wallpaper from the paint and paper library, the samples arrived so quickly and were of excellent quality and information on the products was amazing. Overall the size, quality and information of choice is top marks.

I recently ordered paint samples from Paint & Paper Library. The colours and the quality of the paints are absolutely amazing – truly inspiring and of the highest standard. Unfortunately, I never received a reply to my email regarding international shipping, so I had to place the order indirectly through a family member. While the products themselves exceeded my expectations, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of customer service response.

I've ordered some samples from this company and they came in a lovely paper envelope with a nice letter. Everything was neatly packed and so presentable. It came quicker than I expected it.

I am an architect. I am aware that Paper and Paper Library is now connected to Little Greene.
I wanted a Paint and Paper Library colour card to be able to specify these paints. I had difficulties ordering online so I made contact through the Chat, and was promised the chart. I waited several days but nothing was delivered so I called: I was told that, if the card had been promised, it would arrive, and it would come as a parcel so would take 5-7 days. I asked why a parcel for a single colour chart and was told 'because that is what we send'.
Days passed and I received a parcel which contained the wrong information - a Little Greene colour chart plus thick brochures and gimmicky leaflets. If I had wanted Little Greene products, I would have asked. It was infuriating that I had also had to wait for a parcel delivery which included brochures and gimmicky leaflets that I had not asked for or wanted.
I called again to ask for the correct colour chart, and eventually received this after about 10 days.
The delay caused inconvenience and embarrassment in my work activities.
Presumably you want to sell your products, so it is not helpful to your customers to make them feel as if you are doing them a favour by sending them information they ask for, and then take nearly two weeks to do so.
