As of September 2022 we do not support bank transfers via SWIFT, but we do support bank transfers via SEPA (EUR), Faster Payments (GBP), ACH (USD) and BISERA (BGN). We're also hard at work on features to broaden this much further in the near future - watch this space!

Feel like being a beta tester for the app/web UI

Summary: I feel like being a beta tester.

The good:
- payments and virtual card work as expected

The bad:
- UI changes very often
- UI is very inconsistent and does not give any idea of where your expense is, what is the next step in the process, and why this happens
- Mobile and Web show different information at times
- Process is very hard to follow, for example, if expenses are returned to you to edit/update, it is very counterintuitive to a) find them and b)understand what needs to be changed.

To sum it up: very inconsistent and shaky user experience. 3 stars because payments work.

Straightforward and instant

We have had some issues uploading receipts on the web version so had to switch to app. The app is very user friendly, straightforward and instant - you can get funds top up right away if you needed that which is brilliant.
