Do not use Google Pay

Was sent money and I cannot reach anyone to let them know that I cannot claim the money. Only one out of three money amounts sent to me were able to be claimed and the rest say suspicious activity on my account and can’t be claimed.
I cannot get a response from any of the feedback that I’m sending to Google.

Submitted a friends/family payment and…

Submitted a friends/family payment and within 5 seconds canceled the transaction. Received a receipt stating the transaction was indeed CANCELED. Monitored my account for 48 hours to make sure nothing went through....4 days later after assuming the cancelation was successful - the amount was withdrawn from my bank and sent me into overdraft with accumulating fees. Horrible app and not reliable what-so-ever. Filed a dispute with my bank on the transaction.

Disrespectful argumentative Liars

Argued with your customer support for 3 days literally it was 27 and a half hours had two heart attacks over it they locked up my debit card and my bank account I had no access to any funds for 3 days was on the phone with customer service when I had the second heart attack the customer service representative laughed as I was having my heart attack

I had made a transaction on 10th august…

I had made a transaction on 10th august 2019 in chennai , money got debited but neither credited to recipient nor returned back to my account ...when i tried calling customer care i can hear music only for more than 10 mins one one respond, chat channel is useless as the no always starts with 200 waiting list ... very pathetic service we cannot trust google pay transactions as we are lost and cannot reach anyone to ask about it ....my no is 9884543020 , hope to get a call back at least to my mobile no if any one see this message from google pay..thanks

I hve send rs 10,000 rs to my friend…

I hve send rs 10,000 rs to my friend account on sep 6 2019.Till now the amount is blocked and it was not credited to our account .I hve been calling customer support continously .Till now i didnot get my 10k to my account .This is worst app i have ever seen . Cutomer support are cheating me .For me its a very big amount , i am not really happy with google pay .It is not secure

Wished I worked in googleland

Google are giving 7.99 of my money to a company called Magzter I have not had dealings with this company in over 1 year they was sometimes taking money out of my account twice in the same month. And they charged extra for some magazines I am no with readerly . I am not after a refund all I want is for google to stop giving them my money I have just spoken to one of there experts who wanted to charge me a fee for sorting this mess out they make a mistake any they want me to pay them to sort it out I am angry it’s a good job I do no swear what a cheek I have never heard any thing like it they are charging for there incompetence google land must be a great place to work

Gpay is not what you think

Gpay is not what you think, they won't cover fraud

My account got hacked and the person sent themselves almost $1,000 out of my google pay account. Google says because it came from inside my account they will not cover the fraud charges. I never even use the service, but since they had my bank info the hacker was able to send himself money from my savings account. Terrible customer service, avoid gpay at all costs because they will not stand behind their customers.
