Google Temporary Hold for No Reason

Google took a £1 sum from my credit card as a temporary hold to test my credit card for no valid reason. This triggered my credit cards anti-fraud team who then put a hold on my card whilst I had to sort the mess out. I wasn't even using the Google payments system or app but apparently triggered by autofill on Chrome. This is still something that I am trying to sort out. I am fuming as it is a mess that is taking hours of my time to resolve. So annoying.

Big Company with no Scruples.

When a taxi company cancels your ride for no reason and then charges you for the cancellation Google Pay thinks this acceptable and not dodgy. Does this say something about the whole Google organisation. Both the taxi company and Google are American say no more.

Google Hates Disabled Veterans

Google customer service cannot confirm that they received any information to review in the first place but still expects me to sit down, shut up and wait for literally nothing. They are ableist, do not want disabled combat veterans for customers, do not fix things or answer questions, terminate conversations suddenly knowing full well the problem has not been addressed, and have every piece of protected information in existence about me in their database but make it too disabling to use their pay services. And don't care one bit. I have a copy of the transcript detailing the evidence of this ableist discriminatory treatment by their customer service.

Google pay is an absolute JOKE!!!

Google pay is an absolute JOKE!!!! Received a MEASLY $300 payment, and they apparently flagged it; when trying to transfer out to my bank getting an error message saying "something went wrong"! You would think I was sent $100,000. Contacted customer service, they have to "escalate" the issue, and to look out for an email within 24-48 hours. I need the money NOW, not in 48 hours! First time using, and will DEFINITELY be my last, i will NEVER use this piece of garbage app EVER again!!!
