Google one push payment over charge me

Google over charge you in exchange rate. I have try to buy a book from an Israeli website the price of the book is 50 Israeli shekel which is about 11 pounds when I try to pay the Google 1 push payment come out automatically blocking any other payment options.trying to charge me 12.99 pounds, 1.99 ponds extra above the exchange rate which I have found on Google as well. I just realise how many time I have used this service and especially if you buy from a country that use different currency you just pay well above the standard exchanges rate which you will pay if you use just card payment. I try to remove this fast payment options without success. Eventually
I left the app and buy the book on the browser and then I can use options to use a credit card and not Google fast and expensive option
