What’s with all theses different…

What’s with all theses different payments I make to google and apple yet I don’t see hadley any charge to my Samsung I might have a iPhone XR which I would love to sell but I would rather just put to the hammer I’m poor enough ( and for you clowns saying how be poor with a xr ) it was a gift

Useless

Useless. It charged me 2 USD for enrolling my card. However whenever I try to pay with it, it rejects the transactions, even im big businesses like Ebay. Don't waste your time or risk your money in this worthless service. It only works when they have to charge money but not when they have to provide service. Also it didn't even warn me about the card enrollment charges, it just stole from me.

UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT Cancellation Refused!!!

I received a statement saying I payed for an app, though I never placed the order. I immediately contacted customer service to report an unauthorized payment mostly concerned that my account had been compromised. The agent put me on hold then came back and told me that the order was placed through a device of mine and that the order could not be cancelled (contrary to Google web policy). I contacted a second time and received the same response. As I am concerned that my account was compromised, I requested the IP address the order was placed from to verify this information. Was told this was "proprietary" information. I suggested their system made an error and was told "Google does not make errors" I disputed the transacted with my credit card company, received a refund, and deleted my account with Google Pay. The arrogance of Google is incredible.

My sister and I had a mixup with our…

My sister and I had a mixup with our cards on our Google pay. Google locked my account and then asked me to verify with a photo of her card and my ID. I called multiple times and tried to resolve the issue but they kept insisting I get photos of her card and Id and submit that. What company asks for a pic of your debit card as verification let alone a photo of SOMEONE else's debit card and ID.

Still not resolved with no other option given.

Bad customer service

Contacted google pay support due to referral reward not received. They said it takes up to 2 weeks to research this issue with the specialist team. Waited two weeks no response from them. Contacted them again and was informed they still following up! Their customer service works slower than a tortoise, even a tortoise can get job done faster. It has been one month and still no response. I will continue following up with them (even it if takes years) to see how long they would take to settle this issue!

The worst app ever. Never find the way to spend the reward. Not only me, but also my friends. I am so regret referring this app to my friends. Do not use this!

Terrible site...because they can't even…

Terrible site...because they can't even write you back within 12 to 24 hours you are being punished. I have tried several times to even correct a situation and expected a response back on
several occasions but no success. They blocked me by using my Google pay and seems not to care. I am so trying to look elsewhere I can't use the service google pay for purchases or everything else. TERRIBLE SITES
AND WHEN YOU TRY TO SOLVE AN ISSUE WITH THEM JUST FIRGET IT...

Coming from IPhone and Apple pay to a Google pixel and Google pay, biggest mistake of my life. Google is so behind in user friendly UI and customer service I wish I could take a time machine back and knock some sense into my past self.

I am now switching back to an iPhone and Apple pay. Google are pathetic and their failed pixel phones.

50 euros stolen by google payments

I bought 50 euros gift card and tried to make purchase with that, but they froze my account. i requested refund and then they disabled my account because it violated their term of service, because I was asking unwarranted refund for this case.

So I'm moving to other iphone ecosystem to spend money on. Google said they don't allow me to use their services any more in the future.

They stole my money

They stole my money, and they won't verify my account, I am a transgender, I've used my alter ego as my email address name, but the name on the account is my legal name and they won't accept anything off me!
