The process was smooth from start to finish and handled with real care. Working with Sally Loftus has been especially enjoyable. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and always makes things easy. Overall, we have had a consistently positive experience with PHMG.

These guys cold called us.

Said they were working with 3 garages in the area, and named them.

I know all 3 of them personally.

2 had never heard of phmg, and the third was in talks about a demo.

They throw big names out there, don't be fooled.

Signed in 2023 and QUICKLY realized what we were going to get was NOT going to be worth the cost and inquired about canceling. If you cancel they still want 90% of contract cost. So basically you are stuck the full term or pay them and get nothing. Knew contract was ending in February 2026 so let them know 30 days ahead that we absolutely do not want to renew in any fashion. They dropped their 42 day notice and said you are ALREADY renewed for ANOTHER 3 YEARS. Explained to them they have known since 2023 that we wanted to end things with them. They are being unwilling to allow us to leave and are keeping us hostage. They did not email us that contract will auto renew and that if you do not want that to occur then you must let them know by certain date. They don't want to let us go because if they make an exception then who else would they have to give the exception to. While talking to them trying to end things sales staff was pushing that they could shift the money to other services and help us maximize things so that we will feel like we are getting the best value for what we pay. I told them we are financially barely keeping our doors open and they reduced monthly amount but still won't let us go. I can't afford a lawyer to help us. They only want their money.

PHMG has done an amazing job giving us exactly what we were looking for with our on hold marketing. A pleasure to work with.

I am incredibly impressed with PHMG they have been a great addition for my companies on hold voice messaging system. Their services have truly taken my on hold voice messaging system up to the next level. They are easy to get a hold of and quick to respond with a professional script. I highly recommend!

Christopher Grant was so helpful on our call - he went through everything we get from PHMG as part of our package, talked through our previous recordings with them & offered great suggestions for our messaging and sound. He answered all of our questions and was so friendly.
