The overall process was easy
The overall process was easy. From submitting the request to dropping it off ups. Yes they had multiple options to retrurn it from mailing a package, as well as drop off atUPS.
Are gift card was reduced from $75 to 15 because they said there was damage, which we did not see. I disagree with that, but there was no way to contest it from what I know. One thing I did not like was dropping off my iPad to UPS without any protection around it because there is no guarantee that they could’ve dropped it and not said anything. I wish I would’ve mailed it in the case I had it in

Payment
The process was good. However, going from an estimated amount of $100 to an actual valuation of only $20 was disappointing to say the least. Yes, it’s two years old and not flawless but the same watch on eBay is selling for anywhere from $50 to an optimistic $200.
