Swapping from O2
I had been with O2 for 25 years and steadily grown more annoyed at the automation and lack of price transparency - even if the actual product was satisfactory.
It feels like some sort of life hack to make use of an O2 Wholesale partner like Plan.com. They provide the mobile service, but you talk to a human being who assesses your needs and makes a monthly plan recommendations based on them. I'm saving money, I have a direct contact for any issues, and they have been responsive and helpful along the process of switching over.
I highly recommend Jay and his colleagues.

The communication and customer service is terrible i went to dubai i called up to add a bolt on because i had no access to bolt ons although i asked for access from over a year. They then informed me i needed to upgrade to do this the bolt on was not added along with the access by the first person and now trying to charge £1000 i would recommend everyone to bypass this company who are only out to rob people and go direct to supplier my friends i went with just logged on to my o2 app with no issues. then calling they are not interested in helping. ive taken it to the communications ombudsman
