All staff incredibly helpful!

Craig was very helpful with my renewal. He gave me a great deal and the whole process was very easy to deal with.

I’ve been having to call plan a lot lately (nothing of fault their side) and they’ve been super helpful every single time and I cannot fault all the staff that have helped me.

I dealt with Abbigail & Owen on the phones when sorting out eSIM issues and they were both incredibly helpful.

Highly recommend plan.com to anyone. Great company and great customer service

Very disappointed with Plan.com

Very disappointed with Plan.com. Before I signed the contract, Kaiden was extremely helpful and responsive. The moment I became a customer, everything changed.

My daughters' SIM cards have not worked for over two weeks, I still have no proper answers, and customer support has been extremely poor. It feels like once you sign the contract, they simply stop caring.

Would not recommend based on my experience.
Avoid!!!!!!please don’t make the same mistake , u will have no one to speak to two weeks only automatic reply don’t do it !!!!!!

£1000 invoice for 8GB of data

I renewed the contract and now they have told me I can’t cancel the contract because I’m a limited company. They have also hit me with an invoice for over £1000 for going over my data allowance by 8GB which is why I no longer want to be with them. I’d suggest new customers to stay away from plan.com. Absolute ripoff today and no one on the team wants to help.

Another horrible roaming charge…

Another horrible roaming charge countless issues with this company previously I have been charged £7 for 50 seconds of roaming. I have a £5 limit on my account so why is it still going over. Be warned and weary of this company
