Stay away from them. There are million other ways to waste your money! After I've received and activated my pre registered account I was able to use it twice since then I'm not able to login. Saying the ID or password is not correct. Wrote a letter to customer support, nobody answered. Thank you for the 32€ lesson play-statt. com. Now I have to ask my bank to dispute the amount since they don't give a damn. As a conclusion to everyone who's thinking about buying anything from this page. Think about it twice, their prices may be attractive, but their service is horrible. So please don't.

Worked, but took a day before being able to activate key. Instructions for key activation stated that a VPN had to be used to activate. Sounded kind of fishey at first but works like a charm.

Not a bad business. But my god are they slow. It's been 20 hours and i still don't have my division 2 account.

Good service bought a account yester day everything seems fine

I got a preloaded playstation account and a steam key, they took about 30 mins to and hour to come through and they both worked fine.

I was very skeptical about buying a PS account but it let me log in and play the game on my own account, that was last week and its still working, though i had to log into that account again yesterday and change a setting, hopefully i wont have to do that every week.

I probably wouldn't buy another account to get a cheap game but it works and was 1/3 of the retail price so cant complain too much.

So they basically sell you accounts. For xbox they give you an email and password you can log into. It would be nice if this was clearly stated on their website, but apparently it’s hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions.

I bought Overwatch for Xbox One and was looking for the best deal online. Stumbled onto this website after comparing the price to other sites. It seemed like the best deal.

I wouldn’t be so mad if these accounts were reliable but after logging into it and playing several times, it tends to randomnly log you out of the account. After going into outlook and checking the account, there’s literally 3 other emails the game is attached to. It’s as if they have one digital copy that’s attached to several other emails so they make the most profit per copy. The problem with that is you simply don’t know when somebody else will log into the particular game you want to play. Thus, logging you off

At this point I accept the loss and simply want to inform others of how “play-start” handles their business. Whether it’s for you or not, you decide. I simply wish I would’ve read a review like this before I went through with the purchase.

very nice support, but they arent always online so sometimes when you buy a xbox account for example and you need verification code sent to the mail, you may be stuck and have to message their support.

Even after one week I didn’t get the needed code. I strongly recommend not to buy anything there. The support is almost always offline.

Update: They tried to help, but it still doesn’t work.

Update 2: After almost five weeks the support chat was online and helped instantly. I finally got to use the bought product. I will change the ranking to three stars.
