Very helpfull. Response was very Quick within a couple of minutes they responded. A few months ago i had to wait hours. Big improvement!

This is a scam. Sure they state that they sell it as an account, but they also state that you will own the account. This is however not the case. You may not change any login information and you will neither be able to use it on your main account. If you then change anything they will suspend your account since it just happens to be a "Child" account of their main. Selling under false pretenses.

This is the 3rd time i purchase an account from Play-start. I have received my product in 6 hours.
There has never been any kind of problems with any games.
The best prices in the market.

You should totally ignore the negative reviews.

Bought game for ps4. Only after purchase do they say I have to play from their account. Account then stops working. Terrible site and service.

I bought an account which took about 12 hours after the purchase to finally let me use then after that when i needed customer support they seem to only talk once a day at about 1 its annoying and i still am waiting to receive a code to let me login to certain features on the account overall not a great experience would recommend other sites over this.

I got the account with no game loaded on it. Everything is locked with a 6 digit pass key. Contacted the page with no responce

Very bad experience, I bought a game but i can play only with their account, not with mine! I bought another game from them where was possible play with my account! This is a fraud, i need to know before buying,if I can play with my account or not! I open a ticket and they answer that depends from provider, Incredible! I want my money back!

Worst site ever DONT buy nothing from them i contacted them 4days ago to have the 2step verification code to login into the account, still dont have the code and can’t play the game even tho i bought it 1week ago

this seems like a criminal organization to me. after realizing (and paying!) the purchased product is not playable on my playstation account, i wanted my money back. i opened a ticket but until now they didnt react in the way you would call it a customer support....

Paid for a Spiderman for PS4, 5 hours later, No Game and not any answer from this website.

Unacceptable... Everything has been fine when I bought f1 2018 at the end of August but suddenly today I can't play it as today it seems the account details have been changed... Made a ticket about 5 hours and still haven't got an answer even though they say it's 24/7 open...

I bought a game and it worked for about a month until it was deactivated. I assume the customer support is located in france because time zones and language made communication difficult. Although difficult, I was still able to get a refund.

Good website,It took little time to get the code but the customer service/suppport are really nice and helpful.
So if you guys maybe think that they are scam or like that, they not, its just that their chat is not open all time, so just have patience and you will recive it! its worth it because its really good prices ;)
