Alot of people don't know how to use play-starts service.
When you receive the account you need to log onto that account, download your game and then log back into your account, simple.
Not 5 stars because they don't tell you they only ship the accounts to your email once a day, so you are left wondering if the game will ever show up.
Got my game after 12hrs.

Buyer Beware
Purchased a Monster Hunter World account and everything was great for about a month. Then suddenly I get an email notification that the parent account has changed the details of the account I purchased, preventing me from accessing it. Support was terrible giving me 1 line responses and generally not giving the slightest s**t about consumer rights. 1/5 because 0 isn't an option apparently...

Since Trustpilot cares more what the company pays, than really the opinion of the users. When the company denounces your comment trust hides it. And then you have to be the one who has to be looking for everything related to your complaint. No, gentlemen. Play-start must clean your image. Because in my case, they did not want to give me back the money, when they gave me something that I did not buy. And then they erased the entire record of conversations with the staff to protect themselves. And the months they put the money in the wallet of your website. It is not intolerable. Oh yes and they are in contact for obligation with you through trustpiot, to record that they have tried, but then they do not fix anything. Trust pilot. You are VERY misguided. And play-start. Denounce as many comments as you want. The only thing you will get is to damage your image more. And make us more eager to put more comments. Fix your crap.
