Terrible services

Terrible services. Do not use them. Their customer support is useless. they ignore you when you make contact, wait until the ticket expires and when you want a refund they deny it. Even though in their terms and conditions they state you can have it. Save yourself the hassle and keep your money.
DO NOT BUY FROM. It NEVER explained BEFORE PURCAHSE; That you have to use someone else's account details and make their console your primary!! I don't want someone else's account on my console let alone setting it as my primary and then losing the game if. Changed it. Never would have purchased other wise, so I asked for a refund right away. Which in the terms and conditions said I COULD all I had to do was no of used the key. I never used the product because simply how I had to go about activating it was worry some and I did not feel comfortable in doing so. I stated I never used it and yet. First contact ignored. Refund refused. Don't buy.

I'll be sure to make others aware of my experience with Play-Start.com

give you dodgy account not a game

took my money and it turns out you get a dodgy user account for xbox which you dont have control over. then when you try to add this account you need to verify who you are which you cannot as its not your account. so you contact them with this exact problem on the 24 hour support which takes 5 hours for them to ask do you need to verify the account so wasted all day waiting for that.. they do not offer real games just fake accounts which they control and dont tell you this until you pay.. stay away
