Good quality radiator but inside the packaging there's no bleeds air key !

We have been delivered a boiler that was faulty. Being objective: fine, that happens (although it's quite rare). However, there was no meaningful response from the supplier when we tried to contact them, either by phone or email.

Good service and price .Regular updates during delivery process

A very good price, but delivery was stated as 3-5 working days. Mine wasn't even dispatched until six working days later, and then arrived on the seventh working day by DPD.

This has caused a lot of difficulties with scheduling installation etc as I could not confirm time of delivery, despite being promised at the time of the order that this was going to be confirmed the evening before the delivery. It meant another weekend without heating and hot water. Absolutely appalling customer service. I can see from the arrogant responses to the feedback given on trustpilot that the management of plumbing megastore really couldn’t care less. It was a few pounds cheaper than other stores but because of the very poor customer service experience I would not use again and I cannot recommend it to anyone. My advice: avoid! I must say that once the boiler got delivered, the delivery man was very nice and helpful.

First of all this is a privilege to provide feedback for a company that has no appreciation for good effective customer service. In a space of a week I must have called the company over 50 times, initially to get some information about the product I intended to purchase, then (when I decided to purchase) to find out what time of day the product was likely to be delivered, and then to find out why my product had not been delivered when it was indicated.

With the exception of one, about 15 of my calls went through to reception who informed me no one was available to answer hence why I came through to them. They assured me that an email would be sent to the relevant person to call me back. Every time I got through to reception they kept telling me they would email someone and I kept telling them no one was getting back to me!

When I eventually got through to some (over a week) they agreed that my product should have been delivered as indicated and they would find out what had happened and would call me straight back. Bearing in mind I told him about my experience on the phone, he never called me back! Frustrating!

Was this company cheaper than the other online companies? Yes. Would I use this company again? Absolutely not!

I never leave feedback online, but I am so disgusted with the poor customer service I felt people needed to be aware of this company before they buy. Try calling them before you buy, perhaps they may have improved, I personally won’t be risking it.

I leave you with this….Just to top it off, the delivery eventually arrived, no phone call prior, no indication when it was coming, it was lucky that I was in. I asked the driver what had happened, he abruptly replied:
“do you want it or not”

Brilliant service. The seller had the item in stock as they had said and dispatched it quickly. They advised me in advance when it would be delivered and it arrived on time. The item was well packed and in excellent condition. I would recommend this seller and will be buying from them again.

A pretty good service from Plumbingmegastore. The only issue I had was that I was not given a time slot for the delivery. I did not know if it would turn up am or pm and I am self employed working away from home. I didn’t receive a phone call prior to delivery from the driver, as promised. My partner was on her own when the delivery arrived. Fortunately, when the delivery did turn up, the driver was very helpful and unlike most delivery companies, he did not dump the boiler in the street and was able to take everything inside the property.

Website was very straight forward and easy to use, very good price for my boiler. Delivery driver very polite and helpful, keep up the good work!,

The only thing I can say the delivery needs to be improved because I almost had to take a day off work for me to help the driver to get my radiators out of his truck.
In my opinion for a delivery the company needed 2 man.
Not 1 driver and a costumer to take the goods out of his truck and to put them in front of the house.
