Saw the boiler at a great price so ordered it, it arrived within 3 days in great condition and the delivery guy put it inside as I was at work. Best service and kept me updated on a txt message, I will be using them many times in the future.

very pleased with delivery in extreme weather conditions, still as expected. boiler has still to be fitted so cannot comment on condition or efficacy.

Prices were competitive and items arrived within 4 days for free postage
so excellent for that.
However, on two occasions calls were not returned with regards to
confirmation delivery date.

Purchasing online was fine. However delivery of products came on a big pallet which I have to know dispose of somehow. Not ideal delivery in my opinion!

Their website was not working properly and it took while to get resolved and delayed the ordering by several days. However once the order went through then the goods arrived very quickly.

My boiler arrived on time with an excellent delivery service.

Delivery details on website do not match reality! Ordered 2 radiators based on being within the delivery areas specified on their website. The transaction with my address went through ok. A few days later I received an e-mail saying they'd been dispatched but then later on the same day got another e-mail saying they'd cancelled the order as we were outside the delivery area - we live in mid Wales NOT one of the areas specified as being outside their delivery area on the website. Double check on the phone before ordering. Caused us massive inconvenience.

I purchased a boiler and was given a 3-5 day delivery slot, there was not tracking number I called plumbing megastore and waited for a long time on the phone, once I spoke to someone I was told that I would be called back, that never happened, luckily I was contacted by the delivery driver and I happened to be in. I had no prior idea of when to expect the delivery. So basically if you want to purchase from plumbing megastore be prepared for 3 days of waiting in and no information to narrow that down whatsoever.
