Almost perfect service -- i had no confirmation email and it took 20 mins for my call to be answered -- but at the same time their delivery driver was trying to contact me to confirm delivery -- and the driver was amazing -- straight in, sorted and very courteous, perfect really. So apart from a little worry on my side about the boiler arriving or not, it did, on time and for a good price -- just an email confirming it would have been nice.

Good service and prices

As a bathroom installer of 15 years with lots of experience of various suppliers, this company was first class and gets my top rating. Great prices, communication and delivery. Spot on.

Good prices however the delivery experience is not ideal. Not possible to track order and no phone call ahead of delivery despite being told I would be called ahead of the driver delivering hence the 3 stars.

Ordered a Tempest cylinder. Five stars for the price. Five stars for delivering it the next day and here's the most remarkable thing. They fella who was fitting it had asked me to order a model which was slightly differently specd to the one he actually needed. I called the day e helpline around 1pm and by 330pm the same day they had swapped out the cylinder for the correct spec model. Obviously there was a modest charge attached to this, but no more than I expected. I can't say I've ever experienced thus type of customer service before. Superb. Would give 100 stars if possible. Buy with confidence.

Bought two Ecorad radiators. Items as described and very good value. Spoke to the Customer service rep re delivery. He couldn't have been more helpful. The radiators were delivered on the day promised. I have used this company before and highly recommend them. Many thanks.

These guys are mustard. After having trouble with city’s I thought I’d give the online merchants a go I had a complicated order of 15+ rads boiler etc on a next day delivery and these guys were on the phone to ensue a AM delivery was possible and didn’t disappoint for a more than reasonable price
