Great service however I didn’t receive a tracking number nor could I speak to the company directly, the number rings through to a call centre then they forward the mess on... however once they received my message I had a call confirming everything putting my mind at ease

Ordered Sunday 3-5 working day delivery, actually arrived by Tuesday. Well done great service and just needs to be fitted.

It was fine to order the boiler, but it took a phone call for me to find out when it was going to. Be delivered, and up to that point it would have been a 4/5, only that on the day of delivery. The idiot delivery driver, rather than leaving me a flippin message decided to repeatedly call me non stop! I am talking 9 drop calls, because I was in a board meeting to which I was presenting and eventually had to apologies to the Berkeley Group Directors, step out of my presentation, only for that a*****e to ask "will some be there to take it, because I don't want to come all the that way". I mean really. The polite thing to do would have been to leave a message or even a text! Not repeatedly a call! Someone was at the house to take the bloody delivery!

I should be given this a 1 star! Really disappointed with it! And a real shame. I would not be ordering again if its that much hassle.

Very pleased. It was cheaper than any other trader online. Communication was excellent and arrived on time. Boiler now been installed for 10 days and works fine. Thank you.

Web site easy to use. Delivered within a few days. Delivery man very helpful and put the boiler exactly where I wanted it.

I bought a boiler on a three to five day delivery. After three days I did not have a delivery date so I phoned. They said it was going to be a five day delivery and I would get an email. I did not get an email so half way through the fourth day I rang again. They confirmed it would be on the fifth day and I would get an email but I did not! However the boiler was delivered on the fifth day nice and early and I got a call 40 mins before it arrived. So all was well in the end and the price was ok. Had they emailed me with a delivery date and updated my order on the web I would have given five stars.

Very good service. Delivery next day for £12 is great value. Delivery was before 12 noon but not guaranteed as to what time it would arrive. Pleasant customer service person both in the phone and replied to my email 're delivery day.
