Competing supplier suggested they might be a fake company as couldn't price match the low prices. They were wrong.

Glad to say i took the risk and they were £100 cheaper for a ln indirect cylinder 300l.

The experience of purchasing from the Plumbing Megastore was very pleasant indeed, the item I purchased was delivered promptly and was the cheapest at the time.

4 days after online order , no order confirmation received . 1 email and 2 phonecalls where company failed miserably to help . 4th communication finally resolved order but company refused to accept failure stating they had sent 2 automated emails confirming order which I must have missed !
Very poor customer service . Company phone number answered by a receptionist that can't transfer calls just take messages that aren't actioned.

Item never arrived. Phoned and then they re delivered. I have emailed twice for a Vat Receipt and not received one. I have phoned twice and sat on hold for 15minutes and i am to busy to sit on a phone all day.

Bought Vaillant boiler from them, and the transaction went very smoothly. They called about an hour delivery. Very good indeed.

I needed a boiler urgently, and reassurance that I had selected the right model. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and also went out of his way to ensure that I got my Monday delivery, despite me calling in on a Saturday.

Overall a very good shopping experience - many thanks.

Ordered an expensive Vaillant 637 Systems Boiler on the 17th Aug and can't believe that I had a call on the 18th the very next from their delivery company to say 'what time can I drop the item off' apart from the cheapest price on the web, it was the best experience I have ever had for an item purchased online.
