Exactly what i want

Reviewed product on line prior to purchase, they were the cheapest on google search. I phoned to find if the product was in stock. I was informed it was and the delivery arrived 3 days later as per there instruction.

pretty much spot on

address boxes kept resetting when filling in delivery details which nearly made me give up but got there in the end. item was sent to billing address instead of shipping address but no big dramas there.
Over all i was very happy with the fast service and price

Right products at competitive prices

Right products at competitive prices - immediate response if incorrect product delivered with prompt replacement.
Delivery tracking needs to be properly systemised with logistics company L T Baldwin Ltd !

Wasn't sure what machine to buy but …......

Wasn't sure what machine to buy but after talking to the most polite and informative advisor I was so confident I order the machine immediately and received the machine exactly when advised
Can't praise the service enough from this company with the added bonus that they were the cheapest

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant. Ordered at 10.07 am on Monday on free delivery, delivered at 08.30 am the following morning (Tuesday). Can't get better than that.

tried to call 3 times on phone and got no reply
useless customer Service

Follow up to your reply :
On my 4th attempt to contact you I selected the Technical help line...
As no one answered on the main CustomerCare number

This gentleman was very helpful

Hello Mrs Bowen, I can see you have placed x2 orders with us.

The first delivery was placed under our free delivery service which is advertised 3-5 working days and I can see this was fulfilled on the 3rd working day.

The second delivery was placed under our £12 1-2 working day delivery, I can see the order was placed at 20:52 as our office isn't open at this time unfortunately this doesn't count as a working day.

Regards to the our phone line I can see from our call log you phoned us once at 16:02 and you was talking to an adviser for 4 minutes
