They agreed to refund the cost of a…
They agreed to refund the cost of a unboxed boiler, less a restocking charge, as we purchased another type. We agreed to this, and we were told that when the replacement boiler that we also paid for was delivered, they would remove the other one and refund us. However, when they did deliver the delivery, people said they knew nothing about taking away the other boiler. Since then I tried over the last week or so to contact them numerous times by phone and email with no response.

Beware, Bewary, Be most careful before you buy.
I recently purchased a Viessman boiler which should have come with a ViCare thermostat included as they had advertised on their website.
On Monday on receipt of the delivery - as no Thermostat was supplied - emailed immediately to ask where it was.
In the meanwhile they change the price and omit inclusion of thermostat on their website and advise me that it was a ‘suggestion’ and it does not come with a thermostat. After very many telephone calls to both of their telephone numbers which go unanswered with several emails too, I am awaiting to hear from them. I will update all potential purchasers on any updates from them. In the meanwhile All Buyers Be-Wary and beaware before you purchase.
Update: Long story short, had an email advising they will order a thermostat and have it delivered for Tuesday 21/2/23. Will wait till then for next update.
Update: Received the thermostat this morning - Thank you Plumit for finally getting it right. Must say get your customer services right and you can have an incredible business - please focus on this your weakest area.
Should not have to be Trustpilot that gets you to act, a phone call is all that it should take.
Lesson for me as a customer - before placing an order with an online shop - to call and ask for customer services - if you cant get through - go elsewhere - as that's the response (none) your likely to get if things go wrong. I have Upped the star rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Poor service
Poor service, ordered 2 lights, had a confirmed delivery date, lights never turned up, arranged an electrician to fit and had to cancel. Whole bathroom remodelling ran smoothly but let down by this company just for 2 lights!!
Poor customer care as well when I rang to query it. DON'T PROMISE A DELIVERY DATE YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY KEEP!!
