Have been trying to contact Plumit via emails on the website and telephone number about an order not delivered for weeks now. All emails bounce back, the phone just rings and then goes dead. Charge us £154.98 on 19th Feb and have no way of getting a refund due to the above - dont know where to go from here... any suggestions welcome!

Forget about phoning it’s disappointing but also not necessary- these guys are on it behind the scenes so the buyer doesn’t have to worry - Good price and all in hand - buy with confidence!!

Defective Salamander Boost Pump
I was unlucky I was sent a defective pump.
Plumit responded very quickly and I was happy with their response (eg I didn't know Salamander do wet tests on their pumps. I had to contact the pump manufacturer and they are now sending a replacement.
4 stars as the overall experience was still a bit annoying.
