Woeful customer care!
I placed an order on 10th December, received notification that it had been dispatched the next day, yet there was no tracking number or any other details given. Despite numerous phonecalls and emails to Plumit, I have still not received any information about where my item is or how to track it down/order a replacement. Really frustrated.

I only needed 1kg of Mapei primer and Plumit was one of only a very few suppliers who stock this smaller size. Yes, with postage, the unit cost wasn't great, but it was still cheaper than buying a large tub, and the wastage was mimimal so a good choice.

Plumit had what I was looking for at a good price. The only let down was with the couriers, for which Plumit cannot be held responsible, who misplaced one of the 4 packages and took a day or so to find it.

Great Product, great price and great service
We ordered a bathroom mirror from Plumit. So pleased with it. It was a great price compared to other companies. Delivery was very fast. I had great communication with the delivery driver too, as I was out. They called me and suggested a few options. I opted to leave it with a neighbour, which they did. Plus he called me back to confirmed it was accepted by them. I wish more companies worked like Plumit.
