Good company but poor courier for my order
Products fine and when I spoke to them they were very helpful. It arrived a day late but that was down to the courier Yodel.

Had to chase as only 20% quantity of my order delivered.
I was promised an update the following day, yet nothing.
Called again, and eventually got through - they eventually apologised and said that a refund was being processed - which I did get.
Yet I'm left only having 20% of what I initially ordered and need. Very poor service

Poor experience and still not received refund
Poor. Purchased over £500 worth of paint for a job 3 days later so the next day delivery was ideal. After ordering and paying i was told the price was wrong so they'd cancelled my order as they couldnt honor the advertised price. I couldn't re-order from elsewhere as they still haven't refunded 4 days later so I couldn't do the job and another contractor had to step in!

Nothing was wrong with my dealings with plumfit. The problem was the bristan shower I purchased from them when fitted didn't work I have been in contact with bristan and they are sending an engineer to my customer on the 20th of October. Not good enough.

Not next day delivery. - kerbside only for pallets
Not the trumpeted next day delivery. Split delivery arrived a day late. Slightly damaged Pallet (boiler and bits and bobs) left on kerbside about 80 m from house.
Take note: Palletised deliveries are not to your door (which is stated on their delivery information, to be fair) They will not go further than kerbside, apparently, so not good if you live up a drive - even if it is easily accessible.

We understand that you were expecting your delivery to be brought to your door, but our website does state that palletised deliveries will be left at the kerbside and assistance from friends or family may be required to help move your order.

Our packaged parcel arrived on time
Our packaged parcel arrived on time, I was a little concerned in that it contained a lot of glass and intricate fittings however, everything was safe and sound when it arrived so overall we were very pleased with the service we received from the courier .

Meh!!
Meh. Appreciate I’m 3 days out of the 14 day returns window but it’s just so frustrating if you call up, explain why you need to return it, have a perfect conditioned item that they will just refuse to accept back for a refund, I think it’s a little poor. Not like they don’t knock 10% off for restocking it anyway and the customer pays for postage. Won’t use them again.
