Pricing is very competitive, delivery is poor
Pricing is very competitive and fair. However, if you're on a tight deadline Plumit LTD will fall short when it comes to their delivery schedule and tardiness.
The delivery was one day late, this is unacceptable when you have tradesmen and client expecting service and parts to be ready for a specific date.
Quicker to collect the parts ourselves in future.

Poor experience
Poor experience, had email saying item dispatched, took day off on delivery date and when chased up was told it was out of stock for 2 weeks! Had to cancel and request refund...

Wrong item sent
Sent a black shower when a white one was ordered, their courier collected it the next day, but didn't return it to them for 8 days so I had to wait for my refund until they received the item back. The box had a sticker on it which stated it contained a black shower unit so obviously no one bothered to check. Will never use them again.

Delivery arrived eventually
Delivery never arrived, then had to wait another week for the next delivery and when it arrived it was bashed and dented all over, was told to send pictures and would get compensated and after a few days still no response, don't recommend using at all.

Goods did not arrive
Goods did not arrive. After several telephone calls Plumit promised to get back to me but failed to do so. They mentioned that I had requested delivery to a local Co-op, which was untrue. They also claimed they had attempted to deliver to my home address. Also untrue. I eventually tracked down the goods myself at one of the Co-op stores in the area. Charging £9.99 delivery and not delivering is just not good enough.
