I wish i could've given no stars
I wish i could've given no stars. Myself and 2 friends have handed over more than 6K to this company for a holiday to Thailand via Dubai, the holiday was cancelled due to the troubles in the Middle East. I understand this is no ones fault however Plus Holiday is refusing to even acknowledge any email we send. The law states our money should be refunded within 14 days but when they refuse to even answer us how will that happen. We are taking this to ABTA and hopefully get it all back.

My friends & I booked a holiday to Thailand via Dubai. Emirates cancelled the flights due to ongoing issues in the Middle East. Advice taken from our insurance companies, other travel agents & banks, is that Plus Holiday should refund the full amount within 14 days. However despite many emails, messages via their business chat, as they are not responding to phone calls, we are no further forward. Not once have Plus Holiday reached out to us, with reassurance or with any updates. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Let Down
On 3 November 2025 we booked to go to Krakow with a trip to Auschwitz. We arrived at the airport there was no one to pick us up we waited an hour tried to make contact with Plus Holidays to no avail. Got a taxi which ripped us off. Basically the trip to Auschwitz did not happen as we arrived at the pickup point but no one picked us up to say it was shambolic was an understatement. We therefore booked a trip to Auschwitz ourselves!!! When we left to go to the airport guess what (yes correct) no one picked us up to take us to the airport !!! Again we got a taxi and again ripped off. Have been in touch with Ronald by numerous emails sending him receipts of our taxi fares and admittances to Auschwitz totalling nearly £200 odd which we are seeking to be reimbursed with. Ronald has sent all these to the suppliers but as of 30 January 2026 have heard nothing!!! Ronald is doing all he can but what we experienced is totally unacceptable. Krakow was amazing and will return but shall book elsewhere.
