Just out to rob people’s money , will take hundreds off your card / phone bill but if you try to take the littlest amount out you have to send pictures of Everyman and his dog . All just sat there in a office laughing at you the live chats a joke , not one of thems arsed like I say just out to rob your money , twice ive asked which Avr service they use and no answer. It’s probably a front money laundering or someone’s ilgotten gains . Wish I had seen these comments before I joined lesson definitely learnt. Not gonna let it be anyway I’m like a 🐕 with a 🦴. WORST GAMEIN SITE EVER AVOID

Absolutely awful. Still waiting for a 50 withdrawal from 3/5/22 its now 14/5/22 was palmed off with the same generated emails when contacting customer services had to send my ID numerous times and still no money in my account sent payment details twice looks like it could be a scam to be honest really poor service.

You really are a disgusting site along with your sister sites! Robbing thieves you are all you do is take take take on all of your sites..absolute scum of the earth you are robbing people blind!!

EDIT: 24/5/22, they requested information after this review, which I gave them, and once again no reply or response and it’s been almost two weeks. It’s ok cause it just all adds up against you. Disgusting company.

Used to love this company. I joined this site years ago when I was like 18/19 absolutely loved the bingo game on there it was my go to game, I wanted a break from the games in 2019 so I closed the account myself for a cooling off period tried logging in and it wouldn’t let me, this was about a year after as I wasn’t interested in playing at all, I’m not the type of person who likes to talk on the phone and usually use live chat and email (couldn’t use live chat as they wouldn’t let me into MY account). This has never ever been a problem before at all. Anyway I contacted them over email and got ignored, managed to get a response at some time then had to verify who i was and had to wait days between responses… eventually to be told they need my “bingo chat username” well I definitely couldn’t remember it because it was something silly and I use to change it a lot of times by letters, numbers different silly names etc. so didn’t have a clue (Baring in mind they had my contact number that I USE TO LOG IN WITH, date of birth, Name, address etc all that stuff that’s normal for verification, (not a silly chat name) anyway I got fobbed off still, even though I showed them proof that they tripped themselves up, by saying they can’t help me because I don’t know my bingo chat name, but I sent them screenshots of previous emails between me and PocketWin when I’ve needed help with the game, they ask for the things such as “before we can continue, we need your name date of birth contact number etc etc” none of the list said they need my bingo chat name lol, anyway got fobbed off this has happened every time I’ve tried to get my account back since 2020 and I just find it absolutely disgusting how they treat there loyal customers who’ve been with them for years and spent ALOT of money, just because they enjoyed the game! Never again and I’ve told everyone about it aswell and tbh multiple people think the sites the same anyway, a scam. I’ve put on alot more than I’ve “won” but that’s another story…. PocketWin is absolutely shocking and by all these bad reviews it only seems like a matter of time before this site doesn’t even exist anymore. Shame on you PocketWin!!!!! And please don’t try say you don’t know who I am because you all know exactly who Iam, I’ve been fobbed off by nearly every single PocketWin worker. Must I mention alot of them are very nasty over email, and think they must be above you somehow? Honestly no help at all. Awful, from a once LOYAL customer.

Thieves is the only way to describe this company. Ask for all your ID, happy to take your money and if you win? They ban your account. Pure scum. Wont let you talk to anyone to get an actual reason for it either. Absolute dirt. Solicitor will talk to the relevant parties.

This company is an absolute joke texting me at 2-3-4 am waking me up when I’ve got to be up early to go to my own real job disturbing my sleep. Why should I have to ring up and sit on hold for an hour to stop this company sending me ridiculous messages at daft a clock make a simpler opt out service it’s a hiss take I haven’t got time or patience for this horse manure stop texting me!!!!

Bonuses? Don't bother.
Emailed to get them to reset my wagering requirement. I gave them - name, d.o.b., address, user name, email, phone number, chat name, last game played. EVERY conceivable piece of information. And yet still, they "couldn't verify my account". They don't do this when you want to deposit money. And I wasn't even trying to withdraw! Just simply reset wagering. They could make it so you can do this when logged into your account, but obviously make it as difficult as possible so you give up, and your wagering becomes £1000s for just a few £.
It's a joke, don't waste your time. The games are fine if you have no interest in free bonuses, but be aware that the bonuses are a complete scam. The amount of time wasted is ridiculous.
How they are able to continue trading like this is beyond me. Similar reviews of demanding ID after ID after ID to pay out, yet no such checks for taking your money. They should be stopped.

Deposited via PayPal had a go on the blackjack platform. Only criticism is I could only find 1 blackjack platform on the site. The blackjack was one player only so no multi hands but it played well and I showed a profit.

I did have a go on the slots not a fan of the slots on this site.

Payout was a bit slow like 14hrs or so for the 1st withdrawal and about 6 hrs for the 2nd withdrawal.

Live chat at first appeared to be a bot I could work out how to access a real person but eventually got it sorted.

Would have awarded 5 stars if you withdrawal was quicker.

The negative reviews are probably from a punter who lost. You take ure chances on gambling sites hence the word gamble.

won quite a few thousand pound off this site with bank card deposits on 24/10/21, send all id needed 26/10/21 was all accepted, was then asked to do a skype call on 17/11/21 yes weeks later!!, done skype call on 17/11/21 witch i was told 24 hours to process its now 19/11/21 and had no word no withdrawl still and same excuses its with relevent department nearly a month its been with relivent department sick of hearing same stuff just pay your winners yous are quick enough at taking our cash!!!!! use have until monday 22nd to get this sorted or its out of my hands and in to a lawyers i have all proof screenshots of every single chat..

Joined site I have to admit the slots snd graphics great but what I think is strange is if you win a bonus it times your x win by the line stake and not the overall stake ie playing 15 lines at 06p 90 p get a bonus and win say 50 x it will x the 06p by 50x and not the stake

Absolute scam artists.

I managed to turn £30 first deposit into £7k. Which given the ridiculous wagering requirements, was some feat.

They requested mobile phone bills and ID, so I provided 2 phone bills and my driving licence, clearly showing the same address as registered, via the app and the email address.

Days passed and nothing happened. Then I get a reply from the email saying they don’t accept documents via email only the app. So I sent my ID again.

Spoke to customer services, who said yes that’s all added you’ll be able to withdraw now. No.

Finally days later got to withdraw the funds and nothing happened, even though they said it would be processed the next day. They assured me all documentation had been provided and it will be sent tomorrow.

Then I get a text saying I need to video myself with my ID, as an extra form of ID. So I spoke to customer services yet again who informed me that the banking team needed more ID. They also want another phone bill (which just so happens to be generated today, convenient seeing as they would have seen that on the previous 2 bills I provided) and proof of payment of this new phone bill. However my bill isn’t direct debited for another 2 weeks. So I can’t provide proof I’ve paid for my phone bill and therefore won’t be able to provide that documentation for another 2 weeks.

So all in all, it will have taken me over a month to be able to withdraw these funds. An absolute joke. And you also have to withdraw at £500 a time, which the customer service said “may not be paid all in one go due to money laundering protocols, but you will get all of your money” huge warning sign this company don’t have the funds to pay out big winners

If you want your money in good time, avoid.

Update:
Paid my phone bill early to allow withdrawal. Still wouldn’t accept my bank statement showing payment as it said “today” and not an actual date. Using every excuse possible not to accept documents.

Finally accepted documents on Friday 15th Oct. Their own policy states all withdrawals are processed within 1 day. It’s now Thursday 27th Oct and still not been processed. Chased up customer services who told me that my withdrawals will be done in “batches” because of security protocols. The maximum they will send in 1 day is £1,000. So if you managed to win their current jackpot of £159,000, it would take you nearly half a year to get your funds.

Supposedly my account is being “reviewed by the banking department” now and there’s no time scale as to when I will receive my funds.

They have tried to get this review removed as well. It’s very obvious that all the positive reviews on here are fake, all the negatives tell you exactly the same thing.

You’ll get the standard reply to this review like I did. I have already contacted the complaints dept and had no reply over a weeks later.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Update:

28th Oct - Now the banking team want to video call me as another round of checks. Won’t tell me when or how long it will be until I get the call, just “monitor your emails”. Wouldn’t tell me what I need to show on the call, so already predicting they’ll be asking for documents that wont have ready and then delay the process yet again.

All information has been passed onto the gambling commission, who advised me it sounded “suspect”. IBAS dealing with claim now.

I have been waiting for many months to be paid out for a win. Iv tried writing emails but so you know your support email is invalid. I click to an online chat to be told that I have to email the above address and it won't send. As Google says not a correct email address?? They asked me to send phone bill which you can do using the site. (I did) But here I am still waiting. I'd like to have my winnings plz. Check my uploaded documents a pdf phone bill. You have no more excuses. I now use another site where I am paid hassle free. But why should I let you keep my winnings!! Terrible customer service.

I have been playing pocketwin for some trine now but have only been able to play the free spins, as I was unable to add a card!! so last night I went on live chat to query this. I was told that the deposit function had been removed from my account and had I requested this,I told "Dan H" that No I hadn't, to be then told that this would be resolved and that someone would be in touch, anyway I thought I would go onto pocket win again to find that my account has now been "BANNED" what a joke Pocketwin are I'd advise to stay clear of this game 😡

Joined this site around 2 months ago and fine taking my money no problem but as soon as I won they wanted proof so send everything was told someone would contact me within two days via phone nothing and the live chat ur waiting 2 hours just to try and speak to someone! Around 60 pound I tried cashing out and as soon as I did these guys wanted more proof and you give them more and they just use more lies!.
