I ordered a gift from the site for my wife in 2018 for Christmas. When it came the item didn't fit.

So I went to mail the item back ($100) due to the fact that they are in China. Then it sat at customs for 3 months and then it was sent back to me. Keep in mind that the gift only cost me around $60 so now I am out of $160. When I contacted Popjulia I keep getting this "robo" like response "If you run into any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us".

I emailed them throughout the process more than 20 times and would receive the same email.

I feel like why should I resend the item back to popjulia when I tried the 1st time, cost me $100 to do so and now they want me to re-send the item costing me another $100 or they said that "to avoid second return, we would like to offer 30% cash refund or 40% store credit for you to keep the items. Could you accept it?"

Why would I accept an item that doesn't fit and a 30% cash refund or a 40% store credit from a place that I have no intentions on using ever again.

I just want to be made whole.

So I recommend that you stay away from this place because they have been a nightmare to me!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

The product quality is super bad, the 3 dresses I received this time are completely different from those introduced on the website, one website shows a large and long skirt, I got is straight short skirt, like a child's clothes, another two colors are note as color displayed. I want return them, the postage is more expensive then the clothes cost. I'm not recommend this company.

The dress is very beautiful! It fits me very well! I love it and i would like to buy other items!

ordered 2 pairs of sandals - it took 3 weeks and 2 e-mails to find out what was happening... I then tried to cancel it but was told suddenly that they had shipped it and I couldn.t cancel.
Shoes arrived finally after a month... I had paid £11 postage!!!!!
Both pairs were really poor quality (clearly not worth the £25) and too small.
I don't want to send them back as I also would need to pay postage myself to do it...Overall, I really would NOT recommend this website.

My item was exactly as the photo and I love it!

I sent items back in Dec 2018 because their products are so cheap. They provided (let me reiterate that THEY PROVIDED) a return label to be attached to the items being returned. I received my items back in MAY 2018, FIVE months later because they refused to take back the item. Called my credit card company and they said they can't do anything because its past the time allotted for a dispute. Its a complete fraud and scam!

POPJULIA is now saying that customs held on to my package and that is also NOT true. I called Customs and they told me that the company purposely provides a return label that doesn't have the correct return address on it so they don't have to offer the refund back. ON top of that, they purposely provide a return label that doesn't have tracking so you cant even track the package. They said its a scam method they commonly use there. POPJULIA is a SCAM! Do a little research and if you cant take my word for it, READ ALL the negative comments about their company either about the cheap materials of their clothing and that their company is a scam. POPJULIA= SCAM! = FRAUD!

Awful. Took 3 months to arrive. Nothing like the photos. Colour, fabric, shape, everything awful. Paid hefty postage for delivery and they then wanted me to pay return postage. I argued they were breaking trade descriptions as the items they provided were nothing like the ones they claimed to sell and the delivery time was unreasonable so why should I pay return postage?

This foreign seller is conducting a scam business here on US market. They sell poor quality product than advertised and make return infeasible and meaningless to dupe consumer very craftily. I ordered a dress on Dec 4th evening, not realizing its poor reviews. Money was quickly charged off my Paypal account from my credit card. However, their first charge attempt was denied because it originates from a foreign country - Hong Kong and my bank has restriction. Then they immediately made another attempt from a business in LA California and successfully completed the transaction. Within few hours their email confirmed that my item was shipped so that you can not cancel order. But when I tracked their shipping later, I found it take serveral days before it actually left a factory from inland China. When it arrived around 3 weeks, I requested return because of poor material and workmanship. Their customer service responded with 15% partial refund for me to keep the item. I declined because my daughter wouldn't want to wear it once. They responded with either 20% partial refund or ship the item back to an address in Guangzhou, China. They suggested using US postal service as a shipping carrier to minimize custom delay and made clear I was responsible for customs duty. I found the shipping cost with tracking through USPS was very high (without tracking it is little over $10, with tracking over $35). But I had to use tracking so I shipped the package through a shipping agent via DHL according to international shipping protocol. The package was held in Bejing customs office since Jan. 18th and was never released since then. I requested their customer support to check how to take care of customs issue and they responded that they do not handle customs affair. The only way to contact customs office is through their website and I tried without any result. I feel it is a shame that US business such as Paypal is collaborating with such business and could not redress consumer complain because the item was not returned according to their return policy.

I order from this site 2 products a shoes and a shirt. Both products were the right size, the number of shoes corresponded perfectly to what you usually purchase.
The shirt was well finished and the photo fully corresponds to what I got. I recommend the site because they send speed and you have a good value for money.

I had bought many clothes from popjulia for a couple of years. I feel obliged that I need to write how bad they are so that this company never cheat on their customers ever again. Initially they were great. Although they had issues with taking 2-3 months to ship stuff, the products were good. That is why I have been coming back to Popjulia. But then, starting last year, the quality of their products went down significantly without improving any issues on 2-3 months of shipping time. This time, when the orders arrived, I was appalled by what they sent to me. They are GARBAGES! UNWEARABLE! I am seriously wondering about their morality to sell these at $30-40.
I cannot even return them. 8 pieces arrived in 4 packages separately in several weeks. I waited till everything arrived to find out what should be returned. Then, they told me that items cannot be returned after 15days of receipt. I had a few bad orders before, for which normally I don't return, because it is so time-consuming. But I really wanted to return them all this time because they were HORRIBLE. In the end, I now have several pieces of garbages for which I paid over $100. So a piece of advice to you: DO NOT BUY AT POPJULIA.

I have been waiting since 18th february for goods that are constantly being promised and today have just been told they are shipped and will be here in 10 to 20 days

Returns never arrive the company. This is a scam. I sent my return twice, as apparently the address for return does not exists. The first time I received the package back after months of it being the lost. The second time (again almost 40 euro's gone for returning!) the package never arrived nor got back to me. I lost all money of both the order and return costs. Customer service simply tells you the package did not arrive so they wont refund anything. But the package apparently can't arrive as the return address does not exist! SCAM! Do not buy from this shop.

I've bought a beautiful leopard coat! I really love it and it wear very well. Excellent value/money. I advise you to buy from this shop. They have many good clothes at good prices and of good quality
