Just a ridiculous, scam company. I ordered size 14 US and size 3XL arrived. Never mind it took seven weeks. Also, the "linen" is polyester, half sewn seams, missing stitching, stains. Terrible company. Returns just be approved by them and then sent at my expense to China. This is their scam. They just ship you what they have and know you will not go to the hassle to return it. Truly terrible company.

Popjulia is an online shop that sells quality fashion items namely dresses, linen, tops, bottoms, knitwear, outerwear, shoes, sets and accessories. What is nice about their website is that they always go on sale up to 70% off. You can also get 15 - 20 percent off on New Arrivals and Higher Priced Items on their Flash Deals.

I ordered an extra large blouse based on their sizing. It is waaaay to large so two weeks later tried to exchange. No deal, waited too long. This is after I waited for almost a month to get it in the mail. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

The website said free shipping and returns so I ordered some dresses for vacation. I paid extra for express shipping but they did not arrive when they were supposed to. When I request a refund they told me that I would have to pay for shipping back to China. That is not what the website order said. DO NOT ORDER from this company they are not trustworthy.

If I could give this site zero stars I would. I ordered my first items in June and it took until mid-july to get them I even tried to cancel my order. They kept telling me it was in transit. It is now August I still have not received those. The quality of items I did receive were ridiculous. I'm a five foot three and 120 lb. I ordered large because I knew it was going to be coming from China where the women are very petite. The long flowing dresses we're Mini t-shirts. The return policy is ridiculous. You'll have to send your stuff back to China costing you a ton of money. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from here. I know have a $250 mistake but I'm trying to rectify.
9/9/20 This was never resolved and the reply they give is not helpful. Do not use this company!

I am so disappointed in popjulia. I placed an order a few weeks ago and have not received anything or an answer to my inquiries. When I placed the order at checkout an automated $20 postage fee was added to my order a d I could not even get back in to change anything or question the $20. Still waiting for response or delivery and nothing so far. I will wait a couple more days and contact the Better Business Bureau to investigate. Not Good!!!!

Scammers, Please stay away from this website and don't waste your money.

This company is a rip-off. The goods are poor quality. To return the
them you have to post them to China (it cost me £12.95). They then say they have never received them. If you have paid by PayPal it is even worse, but that is another story. The five star reviews you see on this site are fakes.

I ordered four dresses from their website. When the dresses arrived, they were just pieces of cheap fabric without any shapes. The measurements were far off and in no ways the dresses would look like the ones advertised on their sites. I emailed them that I wanted to return those items. They offered me store credits and discounts, but I insisted to return for a full refund. They finally sent me a return label. One of my friend was going back to China, so I asked her to bring the package back in China and got a local courier company to deliver the package to Guangzhou (where their warehouse located).The package was delivered on June 21 and I have the track number and the courier receipt. I emailed Popjulia right away and send them the delivery receipts. In the beginning, they said they had not received the return package and warned that they were not responsible if the package was caught by custom. After I told them that I delivered the parcel from China and there was no custom involved, they emailed me back saying that they would check again at their warehouse and promised that they would process refund in one week if the return was confirmed. There were no responses after. So I emailed them again to ask about the result, now they just simply told me that they did not have my return items (after I showed them the courier receipt!). To this day, I am still fighting for my refund!
This company is really a scammer. They used faked pictures and cheap price to attract customers, and once you make the payment, it is almost impossible to get the money back in any cases! First they bet you that you will not proceed with returning because the shipping cost is too expensive and sometimes costs more than the purchase. Second, if you ship from oversea, they can deny it by saying that the parcel is caught and lost through custom. In my case, I avoid these two scenarios by delivering it from China. However, as you can see, even if I have all the proof that the package is delivered to their warehouse, they can still deny it. What a cheater! This Company's business should be suspended! I will use all resources I can find to fight against them!

I ordered 3 items and the shoes were too small even though they were my size in the US. I returned two items, the shoes and a poncho, and paid $35 for shipping. The package is stuck in transit somewhere as of 4/24/18 and now it's June. They need to shut down this site if they so not practice online shopping practices. Total scam.

My wife had being a regular customer on PopJulia.
Most recently, ordered 10 items in one go.
On two of the items, we have being having dispute going back and forth, counting to 6 emails now.
1) a dress's matching belt was MISSING from the shipment.
2) a floral-pattern T-shirt has the WRONG pattern vs what's on the website.

If PopJulia would just handle their issues in a normal business manner, I'd still feel 5-star about them. However, their handling of this particular matter, has driven me over the wall.
Even after having established the two issues wrong with their items, they are making lame excuses like "T-shirt was produced with random pattern". (Their website never said such. In fact their website showed 4 model-posed photos for this one item, with identical pattern across all 4 photos).

Instead of just sending us a return label and processing the full refund for these two items, PopJulia is asking us, through what's now 6 email exchanges:
1) That we pay out of our pocket for returning THEIR WRONG products to them in Hong Kong.
2) Suggested (begged) us to keep these WRONG products, and they'd give partial refund through store credit.

These guys don't have a clue about retail or customer service.
They are ignoring my wife's history of having bought hundreds of dollars worth from them over time, possibly hundreds or thousands more dollars in the future, and is instead grinding the gears on these two items worth less than $30.

After 6 email exchanges, we are now escalating to PayPal.
Thank goodness we paid through PayPal, and can use them as mediator.
Even if we purchased using credit card directly, by this point I'd be calling the credit card company and logging a complaint of fraudulent sales practice.

I am very surprised PopJulia averaged 4-star rating on this website, after 67 reviews.
On sitejabber.com PopJulia averages 2-star after 153 reviews.
On popjuliapissedconsumer.com averages 1.5-star after 56 reviews.

A detailed look on the 5-star reviews on this website, trustpilot.com (.com is a USA website), would reveal mostly incorrect grammar, 1st-grade misspelling ("qualitat" but this is not Germany), and just clearly not written by people living in the USA.
Seriously, I have Mexican and Venezuelan friends working in blue collar jobs that write better than what's in those 5-star reviews on this website.
Possibly PopJulia's own employees, writing these 5-star reviews on themselves? You be your own judge.

PLEASE DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS ABSOLUTE FAKE BUTT COMPANY!
I ordered one item and it says shipping takes 10-20 business days. It's been almost 2 months and they tell me to the same thing to me everytime I send an email: that it's coming and tracking info may be delayed. The tracking info hasn't changed since the first day it was notified as shipped. When I ask for refund they offer me 10%. How stupid is that?
Please don't ever make the same mistake as I did. Do not trust this balooney company!

The products I received in the mail did not match any of the products I ordered. As well, the sizes did not match. The company is also horrible. They lie to you saying you can return items and they will gladly approve your return or exchange request within 24 hours and that you need to mail the products back within 15 days. I immediately contacted the, the day I received all the wrong items. I waited 5 days, and they didn’t respond. I submitted another refund/exchange request and they rudely told me they already responded and I must have deleted the email. THEN they tell me I have to send the products back to CHINA and it has to arrive in CHINA by the 15 day mark after it already took 5 days for them to respond. They are HORRIBLE. I’m going to write to the Better Business Bureau about this company. Do not buy from them.

I have purchased 4 items, Turtleneck Slit Solid Knitted Casual Cape Sleeve Sweater (ID: 249336 One-size, in color gray and in ivory, Pockets Turtle Neck Casual Long Sleeve Sweater (ID: 250765), and White Cape Sleeve H-line Casual Knitted Poncho (ID: 199754) One-size, color White. These Turtleneck Sweaters made of poor fabric! Are way too small. So small to fit a child. The White Cape Knitted Poncho was shipped to me damaged with a sticker (pointing arrow) attached to the fabric, pointing to the damaged area. These packages arrived when I was out of the Country. I was gone for 5 weeks attending to my sick brother who eventually has passed away. Upon my return to USA I've opened these received packages and was so disappointed with those items. I have contacted the Customer Service to present the problem and asked to return these items. However, they refused to accept the return. Here is the answer that I keep receiving from them "Well noted that you are out of country when the parcel was delivered. But it is our return policy. Items can be returned within 15 days since delivery date (except for final sale items and swimwear). As for the damaged item how about we offer you 20% money refund or 30% store credit refund for this item so that you can fix it locally?". Best regards, PopJulia. I will NEVER support this site! I placed my order on Feb 24th and paid $37 dollars which is the usual global expedited shipping charge to/from Asia. After about two weeks of not hearing anything I searched online to see if I could find any reviews on this site, and I was in total dismay to find all if the negative reviews there are about PopJulia. I wrote to their customer support asking about my order and they replied that they were slow due to Chinese New Year which had already passed. They suggested I “just wait for it”. I could tell whoever I was writing was not a native English speaker and unfortunately this made me distrust this site even more. I had contemplated filing a merchant dispute with my bank which has been effective before. They finally shipped all but one of my items to me. The other reviewers are right. These shoes literally stink of chemicals and their shoes definitely run a size small than advertised. I plan on just asking for a refund of the remaining pair of shoes before they ship them. I can’t stand the idea of having to deal with this company any further.

You may want to order a size up because they are tiny. Be careful of return time, esp with the return as they need to send out a label, before you can post back your returns. I had run out of time, as they were on holiday and now not accepting my return, even though, I had requested a return, and they had not sent me the return label. Support team have not been helpful
at all in this matter.

Excellent quality products. The product are cheap comparatively for the same price. Very much impressed and certainly suggest this to all.
