“They fool you with RETURN POLICY. Return Center in CHINA”

IN CHINA, The Return Center is in China. To ensure I am a real customer, I have included my order number and return tracking number in the message. And also read to the last sentence, they fool you for the return policy.

1. RETURN:
It seems they dont like to accept the return.

When I requested for return, the representative sent me an email Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund (store credit offer for USD order only ) instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

Once I insisted on the return, they sent an email stating If you would like to keep the item(s) and skip the return hassle, we'd love to improve the compensation rate to be either 30% store credit (NOTE: Store credit offer for USD order only), or 20% money refund.

I sent the return back as directed via USPS track#LA168887839US on 01/29/2018. I paid the return postage fo $38.49. I haven't received the refund $134.2 as of today. My order number is H1077894 ordered from US.

2. Quality
Really $#*!ty stuff. I ordered 7 items total $202.20 including $34 expedited service. If it had not been the issue to save postage for return, I would have returned them all.

3.Shipment and Return Policy
They gradually send out the shipment. In my case, I ordered on Dec. 11, 2017. I received three packages. On Jan.22 I received the last packages.

$34 expedited charge is a joke!

MOST IMPORTANT: They fool you the return policy. You have to contact them within 15 days when you receive EACH package not when you receive the WHOLE order.

PopJulia, Just Fashion Now and Fashion Mia I believe are all affiliated --the same clothing retailers under different names and the complaints from customers who placed orders with these companies are very similar. Based in China-- but JFN also has a U.S. address in City of Industry, CA. Returns must be shipped to China. These companies charge your credit card quickly--but shipments may not arrive for months. Some shipments may not arrive at all. Often times very difficult to contact representatives. Some customers who receive their shipments are disappointed with the quality of clothing or that the sizes are off. Too small even it ordered in XL The complaints against these companies are so much the same and too repetitious for these retailers NOT to be associated in some way ! I have notified the Federal Trade Commission what I have personally experienced with JFN. I don't know what actions--if any--they take in checking the business practices of these companies. I have received no word from them since filing a complaint--even after being assigned a reference number. We have to be vigilant ourselves. I advise-- BEFORE ORDERING-- read the Return/Refund policies of these businesses ! Dont place any orders if returns are made outside the U.S.

Popjulia is the exact same as Ericdress and modlilly. Chinese rubbish. Nothing is the same as the pictures. Do not buy from them
