Pothek 

Pothek had an unbeatable price for the item I ordered. With my order being just $5 with free shipping I can't see how they're making money. To keep the price low, they ship via FedEx SmartPost, which is where FedEx carries the package most of the way and then hands it off to your local post office for final delivery. This is one of the cheapest services and also one of the slowest (I live about four hours away by car from the company HQ and my order took 9 days to arrive once it was shipped). That said, I will probably order from Pothek again given the low price if I'm not in a hurry.

The product images on the web page were from the older version of the product, which I wanted, but they shipped the newer version, which I don't want. C'mon, keep your catalog images current!

I received exactly what I ordered, which is good. This is why I gave this review 2 stars. However, from the time the shipping label was registered to the time the package was accepted by the carrier was 14 DAYS. That's 2 weeks Pothek held on to this item before actually shipping it. A handling time that long, especially without any explanation, is not acceptable. Expect your shipment to be VERY late.

Free shipping 2-8 days took 11. Customer service not helpful just blamed the weather. Didn't even ask for order number to look up my order. Love the prices and product.Will continue to buy and recommend company.

I made a single item purchase on Sat. 1/4/14. My item shipped on Thurs. 1/9/14. Initially the information I received from Fed-Ex stated that my package was estimated to arrive on 1/16/14. That was yesterday and still no sign of my package. I checked my delivery status today (1/17/14) and now the estimated arrival date is 1/22/14.

Needless to say, I have since had to go to my local health food store and buy the item I ordered via Pothek because I can't wait any longer. The kicker is, by the time I go through the bottle I purchased today at my local store, the item I received from Pothek will likely expire before I can use it.

Lesson learned! :(

It's been over a week and I can't review the product because it hasn't arrived. FedExp is currently shipping it away from me, apparently to circle it back around. Waiting to see if it makes it.

This is my first order from Pothek.com and it went smoothly.I placed my order on Jan-4-2014 and received it on Jan-15-2014 (free shipping). I believe that because my order was placed on the weekend it took longer to process.My order was processed and shipped on the 9th but I didn't receive an email informing me of this.However by checking my account I was able to acquire the shipping date and tracking number.All in all from my first experience with Pothek.com I will definitely use their site for future purchases.

I was aked to review Pothek.com and not the product itself so here is my Pothek review.

- Pothek.........great prices......extremely and dissapointingly slow shipping. I ordered my item on January 2nd and it it now January 13th and I still don't have it on my doorstep. To me, in this modern age with all the competitive online stores, this is unacceptable. I would have the same item shipped to me within 3 days going through Vitmain Shoppe instead and only for a couple dollars more.

If you are in a hurry to get your product, such as I was (I was replenishing my whey protein and needed it quickly) do not shop here. If you don't care when you get it, then save a couple bucks here but expect to wait awhile.

I only received half my order. I havent received a response to my inquiry.

Great company with great prices. I shop here regular for preworkout supplements because they quite often have the best prices and are very reliable. Thanks.

I had never heard of Pothek and normally order my supplements from Bodybuilding.com. I found this site while searching for a hard to find brand on google. This site came up. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I searched around and saw they had a pretty active Facebook page. I also saw the TrustPilot page, and that comforted me even more, so I decided to go with it.

I am very impressed with my overall experience. The price was not only as good or better than what I found it for on bodybuilding.com, but they also offered free shipping. So all together it came out cheaper than anywhere else I could find it. Shipping was pretty fast. They used FedEx Smartpost, which can be tough to track, but fortunately I live in Illinois (they seem to be located in Indiana) so it didn't take long at all.

I will most definitely order from them again.

I placed my order a week ago and still have not received my order. I tracked my package and it looks like I won't be receiving my order for at least another 4-5 business days. I will not be ordering from this company again. I rather pay a little more and get my order in a few days as oppose to 2 weeks.

C'mon guys, I really wanted to write a good review! The prices are great, but a person trying to find reviews for Pothek likely already knows that.

I ordered Dec 19th (Thurs) and it shipped on Dec 26th (Thurs, a week later). It is now the 3rd (Fri, two weeks later) and according to Fedex it will arrive tomorrow. That is over two weeks to get 2 very common supplements that in hindsight I should have just ordered elsewhere. I understand there was a holiday the week after I ordered, but it should never take a week to ship an order from inventory regardless of a day or two off.

Bottom line, if you are waiting for supplements to start a New Years workout routine or something similar, don't buy from Pothek. If you are just restocking and have the luxury of waiting a while to get your order, feel free to.

I ordered 4 boxes of protein bars on December 10th. It is now December 23rd and I have yet to receive it (according to FedEx probably another day or 2). The Price was unbeatable (believe me I checked) however the shipping is way too slow (2 weeks is a long time to wait). Overall I'd probably order from Pothek again since the savings outweigh the wait time however I recommend ordering far in advance of when you plan to run out of your stock at home.

I was very impressed with the prices and the FREE shipping. Living in a rural area, I can't get the things I bought locally so being able to find a site with great prices and free shipping is awesome!

Ordered item on December 4. You didn't ship it until night of the 9th. Now when it arrives it will be useless to me as I had it shipped to Vermont where I was/am visiting until the 18th. Now the item is projected to be delivered on the 18th, the day I leave. Even if it arrives here before I leave it is not an item I can take home with me. I will never order from you again.

I'm happy you had what I needed and were a few cents cheaper than the next online store, but I won't be ordering from you again because of how long it took to ship and receive my items. I know you don't have control over USPS, but you do have control over your order processing.

Experimented with other brands and this is by far my favorite.

Quick, efficient and cost effective

This site is awesome. Found it from google shopping. gave me a great deal on a 4 pound muscle pharm protein powder jar and threw in 8 servings of pre-workout for free, plus gave me free shipping. No way i could have found a better deal on this brand.
