Didn't receive order for 3 weeks, customer service would not respond and my product exploded in the box
I ordered several soaps and a body wash from pothek. When I ordered the items the website said it would take two to three days before shipment. I waited several weeks and my items still hadn't shipped. I sent an email to the customer service dept and never heard back. Several days later I received my items (although the pothek website said they will still processing my order and it hadn't shipped). One of the liquid soaps exploded in the box bc they didn't use any packing paper to stabilize the products in the box. The other soap bottles were dented.

Good site, I got free shipping on a $6 order and received the item in 4 days. Did price comparison against several sites (iherb, vitacost) and this was lowest. Satisfied, and will probably consider again for orders where I only need 1-2 things and dont want to pay for shipping
