Worst webshop ever!
Ordered a triplet pram, it took them 3 months to deliver, they sent it in three different packages. Because of the delay I had to call so many times, they don't pick up their phone at all, I searched all over the internet and got many phone numbers for the same company, I tried all of them until I got to one that they pick up. When I finally got all the packages I tried to fit it all in my car, and it didn't fit in any way, so I had to call them back to return it, **they refused to send me shipping labels**, saying that I'm a bad customer because I called too much, and I had to pay €180 to ship it myself to their warehouse in Germany. After that it took them another 3 months to refund me, over two different payments, and after I called them a hundred times maybe.
Waiting for more than one month. Got most of my money back at last.
I was waiting and waiting for a order that the webpage said would be sent to my home in Denmark within 3-5 business days. After 3 weeks I wrote an email and asked if my order had been dispatched. I quickly got an answer saying "Your order is in process , We should receive your product very soon." A few weeks later I asked to get my money back. I got almost all of them back, but missed 2 euro, maybe because of changed excange rates. So all in all was my experience with prams.net: Waste of time and waste of money.

They don’ t reply to e-mails
They don’ t reply to e-mails. Cancelled my order, but when I asked for my money back nobody answered. Week later i got an e-mail saying that they shipped my order. Couple of hours later another e-mail saying “sry, but we can’t cancel an order that is already shipped!”

I wanted to buy a stroller ... I changed my mind because of the lack of communication between them and me. I have requested the return of the money within the first 8 days of the order and I received almost 11 euro less in my account. They told me they'd put the rest of me. But nothing after 3 weeks of expectations. Very sad, I do not recommend!

I purchased baby diaper bag over a month now (specifically Feb 3rd 2018) I received email notification that expected shipping date for this item will be Feb 19th and that I should receive email with notification and tracking number once the shipment is done. Today is March 7th and no single update received on the order status.
I have tried to reached them several times through the phone number on the webpage but no one accept my calls.
I hope prams.net is not a complete scam site for baby items.
I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
If I have my way, I will give them much lover rating than 1.

Almost perfect
The Childwood playpen was a gift from me to my son and his wife for my first grandchild. It looks really good and I would have given it 5 stars except for some slight damage to the board which comes with the optional drawer. It was clear this occurred in the post as the box is damaged. Also the assembly instructions state it will take 1 person 10 minutes to assemble but it actually took 2 people 20 mins to assemble. The design and colour (jade green) are excellent and the adjustable floor height is a boon. The mattress is a good thickness but I notice it bubbles up in the middle when laid in the playpen. Not really a problem as the bubble of air goes down when weight is applied to it. All in all i am very happy with it.

Another purchase from them few months ago had similar sort of problems.
Do not use this company!!! saving 20-30 EUR on kids car seat is really not worth all these problems. I think I will wait couple of days more and will involve police and will claim money back via my bank.
An excellent Pram
I am very happy and pleased with this product. Have been searching for a good while, before I bumped onto this one. A great pram to satisfy the needs of your babies. I would defenitly recommend this product. Also pries very affordable compare to mad prises in the shops.
The only Disadvantage I would think of, that with carrycot, the toddler is going to find hard to lean back when falling asleep, as the carrycot gets on the way, but other than that, is very comfortable and nice., Well worth it...
