Saw some negative reviews online about prams.net and decided to share my experience - I ordered a product which was noted as usually dispatched in 2 -4 weeks. I placed my order on 10th of January.After placing the order and paying, I saw the negative reviews for the first time so they made me pretty nervous and I contacted the seller to verify my order and to ask if it would be dispatched on time. They responded within 6 hours via e-mail and informed me that the order will be dispatched within the 2-week term. I was able to track it with the number the seller gave me on dhl.de (not dhl.com).The product was well packed, it seems that everything is perfectly in shape.And i think the service quite good,fast and trusted seller because the product that i buy not Official launching yet but i already got it.Firstly i really nervous because this is my first time buy from prams.net
All in all, I am very sorry that some people had negative experiences with prams.net but I am satisfied with their service.

They have good prices but customer service is practically non existant. Once you have some problems with a product, it's very little help from here. What is EVEN MORE DISTURBING is that they don't publish critical or negative reviews of the products they sell.

Ordered twin pram with 2 car seats and 2 carrycots but when I received my goods I only had 1 carrycot. I emailed them straight away and they said I would receive the part soon. I asked if the item had been shipped and they said I had received it and quoted the original tracking details but I only received 1 carrycot on the tracking details that they quoted. I have contacted them 4 times now and have spent almost £900 but they still have bit completed my order. Babies need to lay flat for the first 6 months and as I am having twins I am stuck with a pram I can't use for at least 6 months as I don't have both of the carrycots that I paid for.

We bought a Bayer Chic 2000 Yolo pram/ buggy for our petite daughter's 8th birthday. The main features we wanted were for it to be able to easily convert from a pram to a buggy (and vice versa) and to have an adjustable handle with as much height/ room for growth as these products offer.

The pram is exactly what we were looking for - easy to manoeuvre and adjust, and seems robust so it will hopefully last well. (The foam handle looks like it might wear less well than the rest of the pram but it's early days, so impossible to say.) My daughter is delighted with it.

I can also recommend prams.net for their competitive pricing, huge range of models and colours - far better than Amazon. The delivery was also quick and well within the estimated time.

Very satisfied with Prams.Net, very efficient and fast delivery. Tracking not satisfactory, item was delivered even though tracking showed item still in transit.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have encountered. Ordered two items, wrong one purchased by mistake. Asked for it to be cancelled within minutes of my order only to hear back 8 days later, it had already shipped. Received the item I didn't want and have yet to receive the item I actually wanted. In returning the item 'customer service' responds at a rate of 1 email per day, ensuring they push you to the limit of your 14 day return. I have been waiting for a return label for nearly a week. I have now taken it upon myself to return the item at a cost of £80 to my self, very disappointing seeing as we would have made more follow up purchases i'm sure. I would concur that these people are scamming customers.

been waiting for refund for weeks now for my order which is over 400 Euros!! This company is a BIG scam! Tried calling and emailing only receiving responses several days later advising me to wait. Wait for what????? Scammers do not buy from prams.net

I have all email correspondence as proof
