Don't buy from them if you don't want to be ripped off!

I ordered Jane Quartz car seat. It arrived in about 10 days however the colour was different then I ordered. Seller agreed to replace it for me. They send return label and I sent the item back. Item was collected and signed by the seller

All communication up to this point was brilliant.

After they received the item they stopped replying back to my emails. I have been trying to contact them for few weeks with no word back.

I lost £140! Situation like this never happened to me before and I have been buying online for years. Avoid PRAMS.NET if you don't want to loose your money!

After what happened and all bad experience they still dear to send me promotion offers via email!

Still not delivered and no customer service to talk to!

It's been nearly 4 weeks since I placed my order on 17/12/2017 and there is still no sign of it.

I tried calling them on the number shown on their website (+44 20 3318 0394), it is never answered. It always goes into a German voicemail!

I also tried sending them messages using the contact form on their website again! Never heard a word back.

DO NOT BUY FROM prams.net OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

We are very sorry what happened. We shipped 1 day after the order. It normally takes 1-3 weeks transport to Turkey as stated on the website. As it is christmas transport took four weeks.

We are sorry what happened. We shipped the day after the order. It normally takes 1 week transport to the Uk. Because the order was placed just before christmas, it took two weeks.

We are very sorry what happened. The customer received the products 10 days after the order as promised. We ship from Germany, so depending on the country transport can take time.

Only part of the order came and no reply

Order a twin pram set but only received one carry cot and one car seat. Have tried contacting them but phone mailbox is full and no replies to emails.

Glad I paid with credit card as will be calling them this week to sort for me.

Should anything change then an update will be posted

Stay away from this site like you would …

Stay away from this site like you would from leaving your baby alone in a kitchen!

Dieter Lang and his team will answer your questions in the speed of light before you make the order. After that you can forget about quick replies or even answering the phone they provide as contact number.

I ordered a set of Inglesina Otutto 3 months before my baby was born. I received, after numerous begs to get it on time, the set with the Trilogy frame and wheels part (lower quality line) only when my baby was over 2 months old!

When I insisted on getting what I paid for it was after they made me send the wrong frame back on my expense. When my baby was 4 months old I got the right frame and sent back the Trilogy. On my expense! They never collected it so it was returned to me (Asia) and now I have to pay the return delivery. You think Dieter Lang or his team bothered replying to me? Think again. There are posts that read on other review websites where they call them crooks. not sure it's far from the truth about Dieter Lang.

They say in their reply below "We are very sorry what happened. We sent the Otutto Frame at our own cost and asked the customer to send the incorrect frame back at the lowest cost. With complicated orders it sometimes happens sorry."

I had to send them back the the incorrect frame they sent in this "complicated order" of a pram. I sent it back on my own expense. The big problem is that they didn't collect it!!!! So it was returned to me and now I have to pay extra almost GBP100!!!!! I sent them an email but as usual they do not reply...

STAY AWAY FROM DIETER LANG AND HIS WEBSITE LIKE FOR FIRE!!!!

I bought a relax and a pet gate for a baby. It has been 2 MONTHS and they have not still delivered it. Initially they said it is out of stock, then they said it has been shipped amd them they stopped responding. They no longer answer my emails. I am afraid that this is a fraud company. I wish I had seem this site before I order. It is very strange that the comments are all very negative except from some exceptional ones! I have started legal action against them. My view is that you should BE CAREFUL IF YOU CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bad Customer services

I bought a footmuff and handwarmer after two weeks waiting for delivery I contact them and It was out of stock and they refuse to refund after a severals emails the refund part I'm still waiting for the rest of the money. I will never buy anything from them anymore

After more than a month that I was …

After more than a month that I was waiting for my cot, at the end they deliver it with missing parts so I cannot assemble it and without the mattress. After two weeks of complaints, attempts to call them( it is impossible to reach them, they do not answer the phone) and email them ( they reply to emails very slowly and many times they do not reply at all), they sent me again the cot but AGAIN WITHOUT THE MATTRESS. Now I ask for a refund of the mattress because I do not want to wait any longer and they do not reply. They are crooks. Be careful.
