Easy to book and when I realised I had to change time of entry to Botanics trail it was easy to do so.

I'm in the process of hoping to get s…

I'm in the process of hoping to get s refund . This is nothing too do with the service just tickets i got weren’t in the area i thought.
I contact help centre who said o could exchange tickets for area i required but on re entering site Ticketek did have that area on there map.The reason i requested change was due to my Grandson having ADHD and Autism and needs to be among Newcastle fans to feel comfortable.
Ive y had to repurchase via a different site who had this area available.
On this occasion I'm hoping Ticketek issue a refund for tickets i bought from them as a good will jester.
Ticketek Uk have been very good in replying to my emails and if needed and had tickets to suit my requirements in the future I would not hesitate to use them.

Booking process was simple

Booking process was simple, and responded almost instantly when I had some login complications. In the end I wqs able to attend without any worries.

Tickets not available

We bought tickets for Pentatonix for October 10, 2025. The show is on Sunday, April 26. Today, April 25, we still do not have tickets available. We would like to attend the show tonight with peace of mind!

Probably the worst app for concerts

I book a ticket, it doesn't show on the app and you cant physically pass it on ( present for someone ) until just before the gig. Pretty useless app tbh!
