Purchased an advertised 'in stock' oven that never arrived, requested a refund and I've now been waiting and waiting and waiting..............now reading similar reviews I would suggest to pay a bit extra elsewhere and AVOID !!!

The website looks legit, but i cant help but believe this is a well executed scam.

Every product they sell is cheaper than anywhere else. Company number on Premier Appliances website: 92009151 Does not exist at companies house.

I paid £429 for a washer dryer. (£100 Cheaper than anywhere else!!) After a week of no communication, i questioned where it was because i still hadn't been given a delivery date.

Only then was i told that particular washer dryer had been recalled and i was entitled to a refund.

many emails later, still no refund. Each email reply from them was a one liner saying "We will escalate today as a matter of urgency"

29 days later...STILL NO REFUND!!

I paid the money using my credit card and to avoid paying interest on the amount I had no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card provider who have now given me the money back and are going to be chasing down Premier Appliances for the refund.

I own a small business and it takes half a second to credit a refund.

I can't say enough good things about my recent order. It was a 5 star experience from start to finish. The price was excellent, and by far the cheapest I could find. I placed the order on Thursday, it arrived Saturday morning, extremely well packaged too. I was updated regularly and received a tracking reference. I would have no hesitation buying from this shop again. All in all, a 100% positive experience. Thank you !!

I also am in the same boat!! Ordered a Kitchen Aid hand blender on the 13th October. Never have received it. Kept fobbing me off about delivery, Issues with the manufacturer etc. I asked them to Cancel my Order, which they did. They offered me same day refund if I provided them with my Bank Details or alternately I could wait 14 days for the refund. At this point didn’t trust what they were telling me , paid a visit to my bank and it is now in Dispute !!! I live in Hope that it will be resolved and I can get my money back !!

Do not believe all 4 and 5 star reviews below read about the 2 company's, Premier Appliances and Furdeco, that I'm writing about in my 'REAL' review.

1 Star is too high for this review but I had to choose something. Premier Appliances (AP) appointed Furdeco to deliver my £1,200 fridge freezer and they are refusing to do anything about the damage caused by the Furdeco. First of all the delivery team tried to offload a TV and I had to tell them I was expecting a fridge freezer not a TV.

According to my legal advisor my contract was with PA not Furdeco under the Consumer Rights Act. PA is refusing to replace the damaged fridge freezer or compensation me to keep the damaged fridge freezer.

Not only did the appointed delivery team from Furdeco damage my fridge freezer but they also damaged my brand new kitchen floor (over £700). PA have refunded the cost of the floor but they have refused to make any kind of offer to replace or provide a partial refund for me to keep the item.

This has been ongoing now for 3 months.

Update:
Within hours of the original review I received via email a screenshot of my online order from the company on which someone had printed "Refunded" across the bottom. I presume it was to buy them time so I would delay pursuing it through my CC provider. They were too late as I'd already raised the dispute but the refund of course didn't appear and was only received when my CC provider did a chargeback. Order from Premier Appliances at your own peril!

Oh dear,I'm in the same boat as a lot of other reviewers by the look of it,ordered a washing machine but not received a refund after cancelling. I've opened a dispute with my credit card provider this morning after being fobbed off by Premier Appliances for 4 weeks.Don't touch this company with someone else's bargepole is my advice.

I purchased a washing machine on the 22nd of October 2023. I then after purchasing read all the bad reviews and was concerned about my order, I then emailed the company about my concerns and was told that they had logistics problems but it was all sorted and that my delivery would be expected early the following week. I then had the carrier contact me mid week to say a Sunday delivery and hey presto today the 29 /10/23 it was scheduled for early evening but hear by 13:30 . Perfect condition and just what I ordered. Understandably not everyone has a good experience but I can honestly say mine was a positive one and it is a genuine review not made up just wish I could add some pictures.

I AGREE, don't believe all the fake GOOD reviews!!!!, they get. I'm still waiting on a refund for £629 from a fridge freezer i purchase on the 28th of August. Yes that right the 28th of August, still waiting on a refund, shocking and fraudulent, customer service department is there on name only, if you do manage to make contact Sean (the company director) will fob you off, they give me the impression of a company that on the point of insolvency. They need reported to rouge traders. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. They can't continue to trade in this manner.

Don’t buy anything from them! It is scam!
I bought a refrigerator from them, I didn’t receive my order! Eventually I managed to email them to cancel my order and requested a refund!
Since then , everyday , they only come up with excuses! Still I haven’t got a refund! So disappointed! I wish I looked them up before my purchase! So angry!

Please don't believe any of the positive reviews on this platform, I'm pretty sure the majority of good ones are fake. Like others who have also had a bad exoerience with this company, I ordered a washing machine on 3rd October which said it was in stock, delivery within 3 to 5 days . . 24 days later I still have no idea where the washing machine is. Despite emailing them, they just fob you off. No one ever answers the phone, doesn't matter when you call them it always goes to ansaphone. And no one calls back!

Perfect from ordering to delivery.
I was looking for a wine cooler and had a few questions before purchasing. All questioned answered promptly which was great. Whilst answering questions they advised the delivery may be slightly delayed but this was fine! Furdeco booked in delivery with me and this went smoothly, even took all packaging away for me!

Brilliant customer service.I ordered a washing machine and was emailed straight away to let me know there was a delay due to a logistics issue which I knew about as I had this with another company so I knew this was genuine and completely out of their control.I have received my appliances and very happy with it.I will be returning.

I emailed to ask for a price match with another website on a Saturday evening not expecting a reply until Monday/Tuesday, but the team got back to me right away and lowered the price on the spot!

Super fast delivery and everything was perfect from start to finish!

Found the coffee machine we wanted at a great price with a bonus of an extra £20 discount. Delivery was a delayed a little but still received within 10 days

Purchased a new washing machine online called to check no issues with delivery as reviews said deliveries running late they explained the main couriers had been hacked and things where getting back to normal washer arrived 2 days from order thank you will use you again

I completely agree with all the negative reviews posted recently.
Ordered a washing machine which was supposedly in stock for delivery within 1-4 days. A week later and I had heard nothing from them and as others have said, they do not answered the phone.
Was given the excuse on email that there were supplier issues that they said were affecting all appliance companies. This was not true as i was able to arrange next day delivery from a competitor.
Have now been waiting 10 days for a refund. I was promised a same day bank transfer yesterday which didn't arrive and now they are not responding to my emails. Will be contacting my card provider to try and reclaim the money.

Avoid at all costs, company does not deliver, I have been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks. You cannot get through to them by phone. Do not waste your money

Update 1st Nov 2023 - Product now received (took around 10 days in the end). More confident now with this Supplier and hopefully their delivery problems are being overcome. Have also had positive engagement with their customer care though via email - would encourage them to put more priority in customer service via telephone - previously calls were simply not answered - it does provide more reassurance to customers than email.

This company has so far been very poor to deal with continuously blaming their logistics company for not providing a product which was due to be shipped 1-4 days. So far, I've been waiting 8 days and no sign of product / tracking information. I was advised last week that their Logisitcs company issues had now been resolved but still no tracking info. If the product is ever received, I will update my comments accordingly. I would suggest you avoid placing any orders for now.
