Echoing others don’t buy from this company . Ordered a Miele washing machine on 9 oct they couldn’t give me a delivery date but after a couple days pressing said it would be end of following week . A week later when I asked again they said there was a problem with the courier and could be another week or two . I cancelled and ordered from somewhere else with next day delivery . Haven’t had refund yet and I suspect I will have to go to my credit card company to get it . Either they are some scam company or maybe they are having cash flow issues and haven’t paid their suppliers who then aren’t supplying them . Bottom line is look elsewhere and you can see this type of review is common of late .

You also can’t get though on phone number but they do answer emails promptly.

Edit it is now 31 Oct and still chasing them for a refund . Full of excuses and lies

I have to add my warning to the other one star reviews here. They put more work into writing five star reviews and delivering excuses than securing stock.Their prices are too good to be true. They obviously don’t have anything to deliver. They do not answer the phone. I was very lucky and got a cancellation and refund after advice from my bank.

Wonderful customer service, answered promptly and was kept up to date along the way. Would definitely use Premier Appliances again. There have been delays with deliveries which were explained fully. Can’t thank the customer service team enough

Purchased a washer and dryer delivery took 7 days but this was due there shipping company having a cyber attack i was dubious they sent me a link to this and a checked this out online which is legit ,fantastic products and a great service just took a bit longer but understandable in the circumstances

Don’t use this website it’s a SCAM.
Ordered a washing machine with 2-4 days delivery and after this time no update about the order, tried to call but no customer service by phone, they kept lying via email that several logistics companies (I never heard of) who were meant to deliver it had system issues. 8 days later I was told that I will probably have to wait at least another week for the delivery at which point I requested a refund.
Their advertised prices are too good to be real, selling products cheaper than the manufacturer itself.

Ordered a washing machine on 3.10.23, website listed as in stock and 1-4 days to deliver. Purchased and no date of delivery sent, emailed next day to be informed I would be contacted next Tuesday 10.10.23 and delivery date would then be booked. Tuesday came and went, no contact. Calling by phone, no1 picks up. Emailed and was informed I'll be called 11.10.23 to arrange delivery date. Wednesday came and went and no contact. Called again and as usual no-1 picks up. Emailed and informed delivery issues and will contact once resolved - no end in sight. They do not contact when plans change, do not offer any goodwill for constant false promises and list fake items in stock. The machine is still listed as in stock right now. When I emailed asking why such poor communications, they simply ignored responding to it. It is inconceivable this many reviews are positive and advise caution purchasing from such a lazy and dishonest organisation.

Don't buy from them...I didn't receive my purchase and the number they provided to call them nobody answered....even the email address is not good...so you can't contact them

Wouldn’t give them one star, they just lie !! Failed to deliver a fridge freezer 3/5 day’s delivery, well that’s just a joke I never received the fridge after 9 days !! had to constantly email them as they don’t answer the phone and it was just one excuse after another, delay in the order, glitch on the computer, it’s with dispatch ect ect. When I rang the despatch company they hadn’t even received the order…..at that point I asked for a refund…..and guess what didn’t receive it !! after the 8th day I emailed them and they were contacting the accounts team as a matter of urgency another day goes past another email and I get a screen shot of my processed order with refund notice…..didn’t show up in my bank so I sent several emails stating the refund has not gone in my back…..got fed up at this point contacted my bank to start a dispute took all my details for the claim….I emailed Premier Appliances to mention this and hey presto my refund showed up within the hour. In the mean time placed an order with AO fridge freezer was delivered and fitted in 2 days from point of order. Definitely do not place an order with this company as they don’t have anything in stock and they just lie to get your money……because if they advertise 20 days delivery you wouldn’t buy from them would you……just read the other reviews then go to AO

Absolutely awful experience. Do not use them at any cost.
Bought a dryer online, was emailed next day to say there was a “glitch” on the website, would I like a refund or choose another appliance. I chose a refund. Three weeks later and numerous emails…. No refund. I emailed again to say I would take it further only to be sent an email back, straight away I may add, that said they had sent a refund and a screen shot of something that said refund but it was from the date I had purchased the appliance before they had even sent the first email so not sure how they could have refunded me.

Used the item now and very pleased with it, great price and quick delivery, will certainly use Premier Appliances again.

Ordering online was easy and the price competitive.
I was advised of the shipment and three days after ordering, the Ninja airfryer was delivered - Happy customer!
I recommend this company from my experience, and I appreciated the after sales follow-up to check that all was well.
