I ordered a chest freezer a month ago worth SH 70,000 and it had some technical issues. After two days it still has issues. I have never experienced this with any other company. I regret buying this useless staff .
BEWARE OF DISHONEST COMPANY PREMIER APPLIANCES.
I wrote a review a while ago about my bad experience with this company.
To keep it short- they still never answer the phone- and take days to respond to emails.
They collected from me the faulty washer dryer on January 28th.
Their message to me was “ as soon as it is collected we will issue you your refund £490.
Well no refund has been received and it is now February 18th.
Despite emails telling me that the refund was sent to my bank on February 4th.
I have just left a voicemail on the Managing Directors phone- Sean Wilson.
I wonder if he will return my call?

Shocking customer service start to finish. Ordered a fridge freezer with the understanding it would be delivered between 3 and 6 days as specified on their website. I chased over the phone and email. They ignored emails and only answered the phone once. Took 2 weeks for it to come. Got an email from the delivery company 6pm the nugbt before they delivered it at 8am. Not enough warning for taking time off work. The wrong phone number was passed on from Premier appliances so the delivery company couldn't get hold of me the morning of delivery. I'm still awaiting a reply from an email I sent 3 days ago. AVOUD
Never buy from this company
Never buy from this company. Ordered a washing machine worth a very good amount of money never delivered and I have never been refunded. They make countless excuses on how not to help me get my money back. Utter robbery
Are they really doing their job?
I really wish the customer service line is available for its customers. Tried calling their CS for number of times but they didn't pick it up. I really wish that their company is paying their employees well because the customers are the ones suffering from their inefficiency. Please sort things out.

I ordered a chest freezer and premier appliances were one of the few that did this particular model, and at the best price. Unfortunately it did have some cosmetic damage that I noticed when I had unpacked the item. It was the last one in stock so didn't really want to send it back to then wait (really wanted this one as it could be used as a fridge also). So I contacted customer services and Jennifer was absolutely brilliant in dealing with the issue. Would 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Superb customer service
I ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner, which was at an unbeatable price on the Premier Appliances website. The ordering process was easy and smooth and I was given a prompt delivery date. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed, which I can only imagine was due to the incredible price and the supply chain running out of stock (not the fault of Premier Appliances). Jennifer at Premier Appliances was just superb, and went above and beyond to ensure my delivery was expedited. She was providing a daily update on progress, which was very reassuring . The delivery arrived promptly on the revised date and I was very pleased. I would without doubt recommend Premier Appliances and the great after sales customer service they provided.

We saw a washing machine at a good price, 4 days delivery, in stock. Ordered 20th December. Chased a delivery date, told Thursday 28th. Chased this up to be told out of stock with supplier. Nobody answers the phone, they do reply by email. We kept waiting and waiting. Asked if they had anything else same size in stock, nothing. Finally delivered on 13th January! The delivery company were the only positive. Avoid Premier at all costs.
They’ve currently STOLEN over £500 from me
I think the title says it all but just to clarify, I ordered a washing machine over 2 weeks ago which I paid over £500 for. They never dispatched it and advised that they would refund me but have since completely ignored me. Please avoid this rogue company. Luckily I paid via PayPal and American Express so despite what they stupidly think, I’ll be getting my money back either way.

Paid for a washing machine , order was cancelled after a couple of weeks as not able to source it, then followed a very stressful three weeks with many excuses which I foolishly believed. My money was only returned when I raised a dispute with my bank . I am appalled at the way they conducted themselves , please take note of similar reviews, which I did not .
Refused to refund for failed delivery
Ordered and paid in full for an American style Fridge Freezer, gave a specific delivery date 3 weeks in advance, heard nothing, day before delivery due they told me they could not deliver! did they even have the thing? requested a refund as had to purchase from elsewhere, This was in October, still waiting for my refund (excess of £1000), every excuse given, do not answer there phone, in the end had to contact my credit card company and claim a chargeback!! Looking at some of the other remarkably similar tales of woe re this outfit, i would tend to agree they obviously have cash flow issues as they appear to owe thousands re non deliveries! Do not touch this company, you have been warned!!
Total scammers
Total scammers. Ripped my elderly mother off £850. No appliance or refund. By the looks of it they have stolen a lot of customers money. Avoid at all costs.

Please avoid this website. Looks like everyone got the same problem to get a refund. After not receiving money for a month went to straight to the bank. Took a week to get it.
Awful customer service
I ordered a fridge back in October, the website stated delivery in 3 to 5 days. After 5 days I contacted to find out where it was, I was told they would not be in stock for at least 2 weeks which had not been stated online. I needed a fridge earlier than that which is why I ordered it in the first place. I requested a refund, it's now into December and I've had no refund, only lots of empty promises which have left me furious and out of pocket for well over a month leading up to Christmas! Absolutely outrageous customer services, do not use these people! I'm now having to go through card company to try and get my money back
