I ordered a fridge freezer from these Muppets and paid them £1135.Two days later they inform me there has been a crash with the Lorry and would I like a refund or wait 4 weeks.I explained I needed a fridge freezer quickly as I have a young child.After a few days went by and no refund I phoned them only to be fobbed off by some bloke called Sean who was quick enough to e mail me saying”please refund notification “🤷‍♂️ still no refund though.Now I have had to contact my bank to try and get my money back before I drove to Preston to get it back myself🤬🤬

Reasonably priced, quick delivery and excellent customer service. Would use again.

Delivery team left fridge/freezer still boxed in kitchen, when unboxed noticed dent in fridge door. Emailed straight away, no response at time of writing but they’ve found time to send me half a dozen emails asking for feedback and trying to sell me other items! I will say the item was £200 cheaper than Curry’s however. Disappointed with customer service however.

Purchased a Dyson in Feb. It was faulty so it was returned. Premier Appliance refused to refund me for the purchase and have kept my money. I constantly email and call 01772 963159 to no avail!
Impossible to talk to anyone

This company took over 6 weeks to give me a delivery date for my order. This date was missed andan excuse was made. A new date was offered. THis was missed, and another date offered. Then the company stopped answering emails
For your own peace of mind I would look for your goods elsewhere

Very good price for the Fridge Freezer purchased and free 2 man delivery included.

Ordered a tumble dryer on the 28th August with a 3 day delivery. It’s now 8 days since the order and no updates.

I have chased to be told it would be here yesterday and nothing has arrived.

Quick and easy to order. Good price for a quality product (cheaper than John Lewis!) polite and responsive on the phone. Would recommend.

I was pleased to order a tap from Premier Appliances which was quite a lot cheaper than other suppliers. I received confirmation of order and email advising me it had been shipped a few days later. I was a bit worried when the tap hadn’t arrived after a week after being shipped. I emailed to ask when I could expect it delivered. There was no response to my email and so I phoned a few days later. I was told it was out of stock despite being advised it had been shipped and I asked for a refund. I was told it would be credited to my account a few days later. After this time, I still hadn’t received my refund. I called again and was told it was being chased up and would be sent a screenshot of refund to confirm. I left it a few days again but again nothing was received and so I contacted Citizens Advice who advised I raised a dispute with my bank to claim money back and that I email to advise Premier Appliances that I was holding them in breach of contract. I emailed with my complaint and said I wanted refund within seven days threatening to take it further. Received an email back soon after asking for bank details and refund was processed. This whole process took over three weeks with a lot of time wasted emailing, phoning, complaining etc…

Delivery was delayed by the courier, but Premierappliances responded out of hours and the issue was resolved the next day - excellent service, quality item at a competitive price point.

Product was a BARGAIN! Was Abit skeptical as I had never heard of this company before but very happy I did buy from them, received very speedy delivery and great communications. One very satisfied customer

Did a google search for a Miele washer and this company showed up and were much cheaper then anywhere else. Saved £50 can’t fault premier

Had a bad experience from the off. Paid for a Dyson which I needed urgently. After payment no confirmation email received. Emailed the second day and asked for delivery date or a refund as the payment was still pending. They said it takes 2-4 working days to deliver, or can arrange to cancel. I asked to cancel. Not heard anything back and after the 4th working day, repeat emails. Nobody picks up the call and it goes to a full inbox. Unprofessional and would advise not to use. Looking to make a claim for my money back.
