Great company, very reasonable prices, happy with the fridge freezer I bought, but the service from the delivery Company they used - Panther, was absolutely terrible, which was a real shame.

Ordered a coffee machine from them. Delivery was fast and prices were lowest I could find online.

I bought a dyson animal hoover, really easy to order with speedy delivery which was within the time frame given. The price was almost £60 cheaper than others. very impressed.

Easy to use website, rapid delivery and very competitive vale for money.

I bought a new fridge freezer with water dispenser. I paid £30 for “old appliance disposal”. And £30 for “connect appliance and set up” for my new fridge freezer.
Premier appliances then used a company called Furdeco, who turned up “not trained” to carry out the work.
This resulted in me cutting the water tube of my old fridge freezer with scissors to make them take it away, as they weren’t going to. They then wheeled my new fridge freezer to the back door and asked if i wanted them to “take the fridge out of the box?” - which is obviously a yes when you have paid for installation?! Again they said they weren’t trained to install. I called Premier to tell the of issue, and they said they would send someone else out to instal. This never happened. So I have had to pay a third party to install my fridge freezer water supply 10 days after it got delivered. Premier have said they would refund me for these services but I am still waiting. Would not use again.

I have not used this company before but can not fault it I did my research on a Haier Fridge Freezer and Premier Appliances had it at a really good price will definitely use again

Horrendous service. Denied all knowledge that my washing machine needed fitting (Had to contact customer service for delivery men to concede that I had paid for this extra service) Proceeded to fit machine but had no idea where drainage pipe went. Had to show them. Tried to move it into the space without removing transit rods (had to show them and take them out myself!) Can you imagine what would have happened if I hadn't seen them try to move the machine into position without removing them. Never ever experienced such a diabolical service. Customer service for the Courier company refused to supply the full name of their manager (sighting some bizarre reason,a first for me!) Significant language barriers caused massive communication difficulties. One of the delivery men stated that he had fitted hundreds of machines and new what he was doing...really?! I've never fitted one but knew the basics. Disgraceful liar. It's a shame I can't award zero stars. Waiting to see if I'll be refunded fitting costs. Very disappointed.

So easy to use the company website and found them to be the cheapest for this make of dryer. Delivery was good and was delivered when they said they would. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered an American fridge freezer. Was a bit weiry and hesitate after I ordered as the price was so cheap compared to Currys! I had my while in the fridge for quite a while as the price was up and down. I finally got it at £629, Currys were charging £899!! Got confirmation, then didn't hear back for a few days. I got a reply back from Premier straight away when I emailed about the order. Panther Logistics were excellent! I tracked the delivery from beginning to end, they delivered within the time frame and I even got a call when they were an hour away!! They did better than Currys! The 2 delivery guys did a great job too, as they delivered via the back garden as we knew it wouldn't fit through our porch door. They provided an excellent service, they wasn't timing the delivery like Currys saying they had to go onto their next delivery! Would definitely shop with Premier again over Currys, as they messed up on my delivery. Not only that, Premier is way cheaper, for the very same product!!!

Not only was this the best price available for my purchase but it was delivered within 24 hours of payment. Very impressed!

What I will say is these were the cheapest by a mile for what we were looking for, the only let down was the delivery time as it was out of stock when ordered, even it said in stock online.
Would we use again? Yes if there prices are good again.
