Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Do not use this company or wowcher you will not get what you pay for. Prime holidays will promise to email/call you to book and never do. When you eventually get to speak to someone they can’t/wont understand you. Prime holidays are an actual disgrace. Booked a wowcher deal for Amsterdam but unless you pay extra you can get nothing for the price you have paid. Avoid at all cost! Order number 50327372

I booked Disney Paris for my 3yr old for Xmas present I had no clue how the vouchers worked but on claiming it anyways it said if I didn't it would automatically redeem anyways after 48 hours of purchase but you can't have your money back so your stuck really I was given my flights from Manchester 18:30 landing in Paris at 23:50 at airport we found out 2 hours from our hotel and to top it off have our own transfers to pay for which worked out 200 to 300 each way when there was a closer airport to our hotel and then option 2 is going to cost us 79 each more for better flights but at a bog standard hotel how am I seeing so many complaints and NOTHING is being done this company needs sorting out absolutely disgusting.

Absolute con artists

I would give this 0 stars but it is not an option.
I booked a 2 night stay in Amsterdam for next February. Initially I was told flights were to an airport 2 hours away so I complained.
I was then offered flights in to Schiphol for a few of £69 per person. I argued it and have several 'offers' since. The latest being at an extra cost of £89 per person.
They are saying I cannot get a refund as the voucher has been redeemed from Wowcher but they are refusing to provide the holiday I booked and paid for.
This is outrageous. A total con.

Avoid Prime Holidays (and Wowcher) at All Costs – Misleading, Rude, and a Complete Rip-Off

I booked what was advertised as a 3-day trip to Krakow through Wowcher, who then passed me on to their so-called “travel partner,” Prime Holidays. What should have been a short, exciting getaway turned into an absolute nightmare.

First off, the flights were absurdly scheduled: the “outbound” flight departed in the evening of the first day, and the “return” flight was on the morning of the last day. That left me with barely one full day in Poland, despite paying for a three-day holiday. To make things worse, the departure and return airports were completely different, meaning I couldn’t even park my car at the airport and return to it afterwards. How this is sold as a “holiday” is beyond me.

When I raised these issues with Prime Holidays, the representative was shockingly rude and dismissive, constantly talking over me and trying to pressure me into paying extra for an “upgrade” just to have flights that actually made sense — flights that would give me the full three days and return to the same airport. It felt like a bait-and-switch scam: lure you in with a cheap deal, then demand more money to fix problems they intentionally create.

To make matters worse, Wowcher completely washed their hands of it, offering no help whatsoever, despite being the company I actually purchased the deal from. Even though I contacted them just two days after booking, both Wowcher and Prime Holidays refused to issue a refund or take responsibility for what is clearly a misleading and unethical setup.

In summary:
• Misleading “3-day holiday” that’s actually one day abroad
• Flights from and to different airports
• Rude, pushy sales tactics from Prime Holidays staff
• No accountability from Wowcher or their travel partner
• Refusal to refund even when contacted promptly

Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money — avoid Prime Holidays (and Wowcher) at all costs. There are plenty of reputable travel companies out there who actually deliver what they advertise. This experience was a complete scam dressed up as a bargain.

AVOID !!!

AVOID !!!

Misleading... No contact and horrible service. Purchased a holiday and was told would be contacted within 24hrs I contacted every day by phone for 5 days to finally get a email. Then I was given a different hotel and flight that do not exist and finally a flight time in which seen me traveling for over 20 hours to get from greece to the UK this was not do able by my passenger due to to medical conditions. They pass you about blaming on other parties its absolutely apauling. So far no holiday has been confirmed and no Flights or Hotels have been agreed upon so essentially the money is just sitting there and they keep stating it cant be refunded what a load of sh*t they then try and get you to pay out to go on a different holiday AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Scam

Scam. Advertised holiday for a family of four. Took £1400 from me and then tried to say I had only paid for two people and had to pay another £1400. Requested refund and won’t pay me back. Going to take them to small claims court. Shocking. Don’t buy from these fraudsters or wowcher as that’s how I found it originally.

Scam!!!

Scam!!!! Avoid!!!!!
I’ve purchased holiday to Rhodes with prime holiday through Wowcher both companies are scam!!!! If you don’t pay extra charges you won’t go on your holiday!!! There’s no way to get proper customer service. I want my
Money back as it hasn’t been 14 days since I’ve purchased my holiday but I keep getting automated messages on WhatsApp. As a customer it is my right to request a refund within a cool off window. If I don’t receive my money I’m ready to pursue legal action and take this to court. if I don’t receive a full refund within 7 days I’ll put an official complaint to the fca ombudsman. I’m about to submit a small claim court if I don’t get my money back as I know my rights. Avoid by all means !!! I’ll never purchase anything from them again. Causing me stress what a scam of a company. Think twice before booking with them I regret it so much.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, scam holiday vouchers. I purchased a Wowcher holiday to Venice provided by Prime holidays. The voucher is supposed to include accommodation in the city centre and flights. They offered me accommodation but only for enormous extra charges per person which were much higher than the original voucher price per person. The vouchers state no quibble 14 day refund on un redeemed vouchers yet they AUTO redeem after 48 hours. I have been back and forth with prime holidays and wowcher being refused a refund. After spending many days speaking with Prime holidays, they told me on the phone I was unable to even book the voucher as it has been voided (on two separate phone calls) but they are unable to return the money to a Lloyds or a coop account so are unable to refund me. Wowcher are insisting they can’t refund me either because the voucher is redeemed (by them automatically). Ultimately this is FAR from ‘no quibble’ 14 days-you get 48 hours before they refuse. Being sent back and forth has been absolutely infuriating service and has left me out of pocket and without the holiday advertised in the original voucher. Entirely misleading sales, refund policy and shocking service. I will be pursuing this in small claims court, with trading standards and to the ombudsman.

There needs to be a zero rating for this ‘company’

If my review stops even one other person being totally scammed it’s some small consolation!
I purchased a 3nt Majorca trip for what appeared to be a too good to be true price ….and do you know what that’s because it was !!! I’ve now had over 50 WhatsApp messages trying to get what I paid for. Instead of been ‘offered’ everything from Riga to Dublin and with an almost double the original price ‘supplement’. I’ve been offered a staycation ?? errr no I want what I paid for or my money back. It would seem getting your money back is a complete impossibility so please think twice. Wowcher will do nothing to assist and say it’s with ‘our respected partner agent’ .

I purchased via Wowcher and I have left a review for them too which underneath they try to make it look like they’re attempting to sort it THEY ARE NOT
they have not contacted me ,I’m still waiting , I’m still out of pocket and still without what I paid for !

Prime Holidays are supposedly a respected partner agency for Wowcher I’m clearly not the first person scammed in this way PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED I wish I’d read reviews on this company

Avoid Prime Holidays – Misleading Offers, Painful Customer Service and borderline illegal practices

I purchased a Wowcher holiday on 28 July 2025 and redeemed the voucher the same day. Prime Holidays failed to deliver the holiday advertised, ignored multiple requests for proof of the flights they claimed existed, and tried to push me into upgrading to more expensive flights or accepting a UK staycation instead of the Venice holiday I paid for.

When challenged, they could not even name the airline for the “Option 1” flights, raising serious concerns that these cheaper flights were never real and used as bait to upsell customers. This is misleading advertising and potentially illegal under UK consumer law.

The same offer is still being sold on Wowcher for the same dates and price despite them claiming they cannot honor my booking.

They appear to have multiple appearances online but it doesn't take long to see just how many others have had similar experiences.

I’ve been forced to escalate this matter to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, and my bank to recover my money. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to stay away - they are unreliable, untrustworthy, and may be breaching consumer protection laws.

Don't book it with them. Scammers

Extremely disappointed with my experience. Prime Travel Agency has been harassing me with constant phone calls, even after I clearly asked them to stop. This kind of aggressive and intrusive behavior is completely unacceptable.

On top of that, the representatives I spoke with were unprofessional and unhelpful.Yash ,Ben And Paul calling me regularly every 2 weeks. Not taking no for a an answer. Instead of providing clear answers or assistance, they seemed more focused on pressuring me into booking something I didn’t even want.
After agree to get refund YASH was taking all my bank details . When I said it all suspicious I said I will deal with my bank. I asked for email confirming. He was rude to me and laugh He said to me : "Don't be ridiculous. We don't do that"

I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this company. A travel agency should make your planning easier—not stress you out with pushy tactics and disrespect. The worst experience with travel agent
DO NOT BOOK . DO NOT USE WOWCHER WEBSITE. YOU WILL END UP PAYING £300 MORE PER PERSON.
