Good product at a good price
They delivered a good product, as promised, at a good price. The ordering and artwork upload process was simple, even ordering multiple things at once; the print previews prior to ordering were very helpful, and it was easy to change or update artwork. In short, I am very happy with the experience and our company will be using them in the future.

We love our pet therapy trading cards!
The site was easy to upload my artwork to. The customer service was wonderful! My artwork was checked and communicated to me immediately if there was an issue. They have templates and online tools to ensure your artwork will be able to print out correctly, which is nice. Shipping was so much quicker than I expected and my item came out wonderfully!

INSUFFICIENT envelopes
We received more cards that we ordered and 11 envelopes less than 100. :-( We needed all 100 envelopes. Very disappointed in that. We will have to order through someone else next time since PrimoPrint personnel are not reliable. Sorry about this!

Customer service was top notch
Customer service was top notch as I had a complex order with some uploading issues on my end. The review team was able to help me sort through the drafts before they were actually sent to print. They arrived super fast, are of great quality for the price, and I couldn’t have asked for better. Will be ordering my hero cards from them from now on.
